My wife went in for a hair colour. She came back home with a burning itchy scalp. There was absolutely no difference in her hair colour. Her hair has now started to fall out! My wife complained to the staff at the time.I went to the shop afterwards and asked them to explain what had happened.I asked the girl who carried out the “colouring” if she was proud of the service she had provided my wife with. She said “no”.I asked them what are they going to do to correct my wife’s hair. They replied that they would call her to go back in and they would correct their mistake. That was over a week ago and my wife is still waiting for a call!I wanted to complain to the manager but they refused to give me the phone number of the manager.My wife will not go back to this ‘salon’ and I will never recommend this ‘salon’ to anybody.I have only given one star as the option for nil stars is not available.We are extremely disappointed with the service provided

I love this salon! They are super quick, they have so many options for nail colours, and a bonus...they give etihad discount! The staff are friendly and do a great job

I like this salon and Im regular customer here. I always color my hair here (color lasting as well as work by itself are always good) and sometimes do my manicure/pedicure. The salon by itself is quite small and usually busy and maybe not so posh as expensive ones but I like it for the quality and price.

Had a haircut and think its one of the worst I have ever had in my life. Paid AED 90 for a plain hair cut but it wasnt worth it. Have to go elsewhere to fix it. I also did eyebrow and upper lip bleaching and it wasnt good. The issue is that they tell you that stuff will not work on you AFTER they had already done. Whats the point of that?Will NOT recommend!

The gel manicure is terrible! Didnt last even a week! Went back there and they charged me for my messed up cheaped nail! There is never a manager there too. I dont recommend this place and Im not going back!

WORST gelish manicure ever, the technicians are not trained to do gelish, they apply it on the skin and starts peeling after 2 days!!! 2 DAYS!The manager is not there and not answering her phone
