I did the hydra-facial facial treatment. It was the worse treatment ever. I had done this treatment before (more than ten times) in different places. I was very disappointed; I got bruised all over my face and had broken blood vessels. I didn’t know what was happening, and I had to go to a demonologist to tell me this. I reached out to them, and they said it’s normal, and I’m not the first person this has happened . I’m genuinely disappointed and won’t recommend it.

Worst experience ever, their senior stylist didnt know how to unify the root color with rest of the hair and she argue that i shall wait, color will get better when roots lighter than rest of my hair???????????? I had to go second time to fix it and she didnt know what to do, REALLY??????? The two stars for the italian products ONLY, dont claim that u r an italian branch 😂

As so disappointed today after my visit the lady comes saying (would you like something to drink??) so i order a cappuccino,, after finishing my treatment i come to the cashier to know i have to pay for that cup of cappuccino 🤣 now that’s really not classy never going back again could at least show the drinks prices upon order on drinks menuYou will be paying Higher prices for services + on ur coffee

Good atmosphere, unreasonable prices

I did pedicure & manicure. One of my nails started bleeding + the lady who did my hands didn’t know how to cut the cuticles (Pesky hang nails). Her name started with Gr..... + she doesn’t know how to apply nail polish (the second layer wasn’t covering my whole nail)ButI would recommend Vaneza who did my feet.300 Dhs was the price for mani & pedi with color. The price is worth it if you choose a good technician.

There is not another place which can be compare to Aldo Coppola in AD.Amazing product, exceptional and professional staff and high sense of customer service. Quality comes with price but definitely is worth it.

Mila took her time to understand what I wanted and did a very thorough job with my trim. The salon is very nice and clean. However, on the way out, I was a bit surprised to find I had been charged dhs15 for my tea... Ive never experienced that in an AD salon before, where even the cheap places offer complimentary drinks with their dhs50 haircuts. Although the tea was very nice, I think it could have been included considering I paid dhs270 for a trim.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Extremely clean and a very luxurious feel. I came in for a “consultation” before my service but ended up walking out with a root color because the artistic designer? didn’t understand what I actually wanted. So after paying a fortune for a basic root color that I could’ve done anywhere else, I would definitely not come back. The language barrier definitely takes away from the experience. All in all, a three for atmosphere, a well done job on a basic root color and taking me on the same day that I called. Wouldn’t recommend this place and would definitely not go back.
