I used to go there regularly for years pre-covid and when it was the only branch in Abu dhabi. Staff is friendly, services are excellent. The place is cute and welcoming. Price is a bit on the expensive side but worth it. They are very clean and all the tools are sanitized. The only con is as they got more recognition now, it’s a bit complicated to have an appointment with your favorite technicians or at the desired time. Also parking is difficult in the area. I often recommend people to take a taxi instead of their cars to go there just because of the parking problem.

Today’s experience with Thimar was amazing,she’s a very talented hair stylist ,made the best hair colour for me…although while my hair colouring process was long I would highlight a small comment about the music if it would be possible to make the playlist more cheerful they were only sad music.

First visit went well. I was seen right at my appointment time, place was clean, following covid guidelines and relaxing. I will visit again.

I have have been a customer since the day I moved to uae and have recommended it to LOTS of people.My experience yesterday was just terrible. Not Bedashing level at all.I called to book an appointment for Ramadan offer. This branch is small and congested. The girl who was there to do my manicure didnt know how to hold the cutter and did a terrible job cutting my nails. I requested someone else and she wasnt that much better.When I went to pay they charged me for a pedicure with free manicure when it should be the other way around. When I asked they said the email was wrong! This isnt about the 10 dirhams its about the overall experience and professional level at this particular branch.Maybe its time to start exploring other brands like TNS, NAILS, TIPS N TOES...

I love this place and my sister’s and I we are always in BEDASHING delma.The technicians are friendly and very helpful even the girls in the reception.May is amazing with the message even my sister want to do more than an our with her she is amazing and she makes us relax and she is very friendly. I love all the staff there.Mary ann, may, robeln, hang those virls are amazing and we always do our nails with them even my mother.

I went to do stick ons and nail art for valentines. And the work took 5 hours and they made me go to another salon to do the nail art. Over that the stick ons hurt so much. The technician put so much glue. I had to come back the next day to remove them from how much pain I was in. And even when I removed the sticks ons my fingers still hurt. I requested a refund for the horrible service and they didn’t allow it. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!!!- reply: nobody contacted me for this horrible service !!! worst salon in Abu Dhabi. Worst service

My favourite salon for years, I cannot do my nails elsewhere!!! I love the service and the technicians; everything and everyone is so professional. Mary Ann and Maya have been taking very good care of me. They are very welcoming, kind, and professional at their work. Even during this pandemic, I still feel very safe coming to the salon.

The salon is really nice, the staff is very friendly. but it seems that they are oherworking their staff lately, as I can feel how tired the ladies who work their are. I hope they revise their schedules because I wont feel comfortable seeing the person helping me feeling that tired while Im getting pampered.

Everything was good, I love the staff and the service, BUT I couldn’t find a park I was looking for a park for 45 mins. And i was called to let me know that my booking will be cancelled yet i came on time. Not to forget that I was about to miss my booking. And the technician was really struggling to make sure she finish on time as she had the next client.I do remember that there was parking assistant. Could you solve this issue as soon as possible ?
