178 dirham for a lousy haircut that took all of 10 minutes to do. This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. Shocked that the St.Regis allows them to operate. Definitely not a st.regis quality service provider.

Terrible service. I made an appointment for simple hair blowdry at 9:30pm and finished at 12am. Walk in clients were allowed to go in front of me because they knew the owner. When I confronted the owner about this, she said you should expect this and then ignored me. This branch is nothing compared to the branch in dubai. I highly recommend tips and toes saadiyat instead much more organized and well managed :)

Shes fully experienced in hair-coloring, treatments & even hair-styling with her is amazing :D + This is definately a booking salon, not walk in... so dont forget to book :)The nail-artists are quite slow though so you have to keep reminding them to be a little fast :)

Their lady manager is not proficinal nor cooperative, staff needs improvement, I went to color my hair but result was very disappointing, not recommended at all.
