Left this place very disappointed.ONLY the removal of the gel polish lasted 50 minutes. Moreover, they added 20 extra dirhams without informing me, because the gel seemed very thick to them. Old equipment, slow staff. Worst experience, waste of time and money. I dont recommend it

Very friendly and efficient staff. The only annoying thing is, the staff tries to sell a lot, their products, packages and other services. It good to inform the customers but continuous pushing can be a bit annoying. Nevertheless, services are good and staff is efficient but dont get carried away and take what you need.

Appointment was for 2pm. Salon rang at 1pm to ask me to confirm appointment. I did and arrived at 1:55 Still waiting at 2:10 for my appointment to begin. Was fobbed off with offer of tea and told that as soon as the girls were finished with clients in front of me my appointment would begin. I then pointed out that the girls had only just started painting the clients nails, that I had confirmed my appointment and that I had arrived on time. Was offered a massage. I declined as I was sure I would have been charged extra for that and reiterated that I wanted my 2pm appointment to begin. Then another girl was sent to start my manicure. Salon was very busy - not at all relaxing to be there. Gelish manicure was fine. Pedicure was ok - polish chipped after about 3 days

Their service is good as always! Just thank you to the places like this who continually provides best services and always reacts if there is any concern!

Great service and relaxed ambience for all female grooming service. Female only entry! Expert technicians, helpful customer service representatives. Not cheap but certainly good value. Well located at Marina mall, lots of parking and things to do afterwards.

Went in for a mani pedi (cleaning only) .. came out with an injury on a toe (blood included) and my thumb starting hurting so bad after she finished with it. The employees were rude, they were doing my nails and talking with other employees that were doing someone else’s and looking at them instead of paying attention to what they’re doing with my nails. I do not pay money in order to get injured or deal with rude employees.

Inconsiderate staff. They pick and choose what services “they“ like to do and not what the customer wants. They told me to come back the following day for the other service. Instead of having a couple of services on the same day. I’m assuming that they feel they’re the only salon in town....lolWill not be returning there again!

Worst hair treatment ever, overpriced and not experienced staff although I have paid for a senior expert and bought the hair treatment shampoo and conditioner from them, the hair treatment has gone totaly in less than 45 days and when Calling them they are telling we have noting to do and no refund, All what they want is the cash withouht even a good service!!!They should be using fake hair treatments as if they are using original ones the reuslts would be totally different and the treatment should stay for 4- 6 months at minimun expectation.They don’t deserve even the one star.

Very quick service and friendly staff but lacks relaxed ambience. Staff are very loud talking to each other and over customers. I prefer a more chilled experience.

Did My nails there..it was good! But didnt last much!..just in two weeks the nail broke..thought it would stay for a month!

I come here every six weeks to trim my hair with Caroline and Rosario.. My hair was in a very bad way so they gave me advice last year on how to treat it, wash it and blow dry it when I am at home .. Now today when I visited them they told me how much thicker and healthier it has become .. Its all because of them !! Great work thank you girls !! Looking forward to seeing you again in 6 weeks !! Also the reception girls are very helpful and friendly !! Xx

Live the one in Yas, Marina and Al Rayanna. I usually do nails, toes and Lashes, never a problem.

Tips and toes in Marina mall is by far my favourite. Florence has been doing my nails for like a year now and she’s absolutely AMAZING!!! And all the staff are all smiles when I walk in, so thank you all and special thanks to Florence again for always making my nails look fabulous !

If there is a way to give them less I will do happily. The have good reception. But after that you get worse service. They dont seat the people and wonder like dears in the headlight. I came no one seated me, no one got me to choose the color till I sat and took off my shoes. Then had to back. They did my nails so bad and worse was my feet scrub. Until now I suffer how rough they are.They didnt cut my nail well. Almost 5 were surrounding their manager and forgot about the customers. Totally ignorant. Unprofessional as well. Please I warn you and better never to go there, especially if the manager is there. No one will care for you.

A Very disappointing experience when it came to doing my nails I wanted a manicure, the girl spent 40 minutes for cleaning ONE hand only and it wasnt even a good job it was terrible, my cuticles looked half cut in places and untouched in others.the whole manicure is supposed to be done within 45 minutes including the colour, they spent 40 minutes on one hand, I calculated another 40 for the second and god knows how long for applying the Colour, thats when I decided to leave, who has 2 hours for a manicure.It was my first visit to this place and definitely the last.

Beautiful and very comfortable salon...plenty of relaxing chairs to get your mani and pedi done. Customer service was excellent but this place needs to be booked for an appointment if you have a large party. A very good selection of colors in both nail polish and gel polish. Ill be coming back again for sure!!!

Her name is Aruna and she is really good for both body waxing and eyebrow threading. She is professional, fast, friendly, discreete. She is the best.

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Worst manicure and eyelash extension Ive ever had - please its an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon. They are desperate for customers and I see why.

Clean place, professional and extremely kind staff

Easy go to place since its in the mall. Service is nothing special due to some unpleasant experiences.

Had done gelish. The toes were done nice and neat. The fingernails were done very untidy and the gel started to loosen after 3 days only. On my request to renew the gelish on my hands due to obvious reasons i was rejected and told that complaints have to be done within 2 days. They have just lost a customer.

Worst experience ever ! Removed my chelish pedicure for 1,5 hours! My friend was waiting for her massage for 40 minutes nobody came . Even the branch manager Sherryl didnt make any effort to fix the situation , she would only defend every single thing!
