Had many of their manakeesh and hot dog rolls, cheese croissants. All were good. Their cheese and mortadella, zaatar with labneh, sujook manakeeshs were the best and i would recommend them to anyone who want to give a try.

It was my first time I tried this bakery upon a friends feedback, I had worst experience with the billing staff courtesy.I would never visit this place after seeing her behavior. I was waiting patiently to bill my products whilst she was on call with other client, however there were two are other people who came after me, they were possibly UAE Nationals or lady with Abhaya and Man who came after me as well, he was probably a UK or US national, she simply ignored me and while being on call she made sure shes billing the lady with Abhaya first and then the man, both who came after me.She clearly dont have manners to respect everyone equally, I was first in the line and was paying money not taking my stuff for free.Im writing this review so she learns to treat everyone equally!Will never visit this place only cuz of her behavior.

Al sultan Bakery , Home for Hot Manakish and Fresh Arabic SweetsThis place is old one which serves best Manakish in the city. They have good varieties. Must try cheese Manakish. They used to bake fresh, but now after i bought i noticed that the sweet was too hard and tasteless ,, so after i reached home check the date and it was MORE THAN A WEEK old!! i thought they bake fresh, of course sweets and bread if not in fridge will be tasteless after 3 days, imagine a week then!! first time i thought its mistake from them, next time was same so i went to them and the supervisor spoke in rude way and refused to return it, asked for the manager he said he will not call any one and its up to him, so i left the order with him, while he refusing to return my money, and left for sure no go back to them

The best branch in Abu Dhabi, so sad I had to always go there even thought we have branch in MBZ city. But still that one in Abu Dhabi is much batter and fresh

Very poor service. The staff there doesn’t treat customers right. My sister had to wait an hour for a cake when the staff had asked her to only wait for 10 minutes since it is coming from mussafah to Abu Dhabi. They had played voice notes as proof. It is so unprofessional and they spoke so disrespectful to my sister and was trying to sell the cake for 73 AED when the cake was 59 AED before. I do not recommend anyone to try there place as they are poor at service. The customer is always right policy doesn’t apply to them.

One of the best and oldest places in Abu Dhabi for Arabic sweets and condiments. One of the best and most famous products here is the Cheese Manakeesh.

The best Mankousha . Good bakery with reasonable prices to accommodate average income.

Understaffed. Seemed unhygienic as people were piled up to get their orders at the bakery. On top of that as a dine in customer I was being talked down to from the server after getting they got order wrong. Unfortunately despite al sultans long history in AD the mamoura branch is terrible.

If you have been doing a task for the past 20 years. Its bound be perfection. This is the story of al sultan bakery, the same bakery style, the same dough, same ingredients. Every bite will remind you of their 20 years of hardwork.

I love this bakery. Once you get used to their bread you start to compare other bakeries bread and maybe thats fun, maybe thats not, up to you lol. My only gripe with them is that they tend to run out of samoon bread 3 hours before they close and at a random hour in the afternoon.

I have been their customer for more than a decade... n as far as i can tell... amazing samoon n buns... sweets are always fresh... manakeesh taste amazing... i recommend trying the muhamarah and meat... they also serve manakeesh with brown bread so its quite healthy.
