Tried their OG banana pudding, we got a medium sized one which was a little too much for 2 of us to share as we were already full from lunch. Nonetheless, it was good creamy banana-y and smooth. Must try if you love dessert.

We ordered a Banana Pudding pot and a Chocolate Ganache Cupcake.Banana pudding is the best. It is a bit on the sweet side, but the banana flavour is incredible - it tastes natural (not like the fake banana chocolate bars that have so much artificial banana flavour in them).It is definitely a dish worth trying.

Magnolia bakery is one of the place i always go when i go to the mall, the famous banana pudding is must try item.They offer a huge range of deserts and drinks as well.The variety of items on the menu will make you come always and try something new.The place is well organized, staff are friendly.Prices are very good, depends on your order, but you will always come with a smile, and leave with bigger smile

The food is amazing. I often pick up their desserts as take away. Today I stopped in for a coffee date - the service was horrible. We waited 20 Mins just for the check only to find out they messed up our table number and gave our check to another table. I’ll stick to this place for take away, but won’t eat there again. (The new location).

Managed to ruin a Birthday!!!.....although ordered and fully paid for 2 days in advance with a specific emphasis on early delivery, they have failed miserably to deliver between the promised delivery window they had provided. Despite continuous follow ups during the due day.When my call was picked up eventually, I was advised the delivery is on its way......but 1.5 hours later, still nothing.....and Im still waiting!!!! The whats ap number provided, calls were not picked up nor responses to the many messages i had sent.Very very VERY poor level of service and never again. Really dont recommend any pre-ordering / planning a delivery by Magnolia to anyone. Completely unreliable and very disappointing. The lady picking up the call (eventually....once in 10 calls) has no experience on any servicing protocols.Only try if it is a quick coffee and a dessert at the shop itself.

First time there and the food was amazing.

If Magnolia, Abu Dhabi can’t handle home deliveries, please don’t do it. I ordered pudding at 3.35 pm today and still waiting to get my order at 7pm. 3 hours and 25 minutes but it seems it will take another 30 minutes. Good quality food but delivery is awful.

Nobody does sweets as Magnolia does.The carrot cake is probably the best I’ve ever eaten, the cupcakes are prefect in sugar and size; the banana pudding... I don’t even need to tell you... it’s a MUST, and the place is bit small yet friendly and cozy, perfect for catching up with your bestie over a cuppa and a mouth-watering sweet!

Absolutely fabulous. Everything about Magnolia Bakery from head-to-toe (or should I say, from banana-pudding-to-cupcakes? Here at galleria mall branch, i entered the cafe at 9:07 pm to dine in, the waitress welcomed me with “only takeaway sir” while there were many people in. Dont really understand who stops taking orders at 9:07 pm on a friday? You lost a customer my friends.

The Old Galleria is a terrible location for Magnolia Bakery. The staff is rude and provide terrible service. They only bake what they feel like and when they feel like, even if you order in advance they don’t deliver on time. Just a horrible bakery and staff!!! I will be contacting their management office.

Delicious cakes and very friendly staff.But unfortunately most of cakes are in small size. I wanted a birthday cake that day, and staff helped me with the idea of having multiple cakes sitting on the stand, next to each other, instead of 1 big cake..

I would first like to recommend their cupcakes, specifically the red velvet one. The cream cheese butter cream frosting was to die for. It truly forces you to take your time and enjoy bit for bit. I’m not the biggest red velvet lover, but it just tasted so divine and unique to my buds. Heavy? A little, but it’s just worth it, unexplainably so. Second, the staff have repeatedly been nothing, but nice and respectful. I feel as though I’m being treated as a customer and more. It’s a very chill and breezy conversation, not too formal and monotone. They know their way around treating customers, especially the cashier, a very nice gentleman. They never keep you waiting, and if they do, it’s probably because you’re late, with that type of cuisine, I’d be surprised to see them left with one cupcake. Did I exaggerate this review, yes and no. I just had what felt like the best and yummiest cupcake, and it really took four months away from the bakery to realize, man they probably deserve that 5 star.

Ordered a carrot cake for my husbands birthday. We didnt like it.it was an overload of the buttercream. So kinda killed the taste cos actual flavor of the carrot cake was not there at all!

Worst costumer service, very unorganized and the table and seatings aren’t cleaned well without asking the staff to clean it. Had to call the waitress 3 times just to take my order.

I used to get my fav banana pudding from the Dubai branch. Now, I often get it from Galleria. Yesterday, I decided to try the salted caramel banana pudding for take away. For the first time, they took the pre-packed banana pudding from the fridge (as shown in the picture) without scooping it like the usual. When I opened it, it only had the custard with no pieces of bananas or cakes or cookies, basically no chunk pieces in the tub. I felt cheated. I used to finish the banana pudding right after purchased. Today, I literally cut and added my own bananas in the tub that I bought yesterday. Im so disappointed!

Everything looks good, but over 99% breads, cookies, cakes and ice creams are made up of 20000% of sugar, which may be able to make you feel sick of eating a few more pieces... But it is just my thinking so that you do not have to fully trust as a generalized review!

I wish it was a good balance of flavor between the cake and the frosting.Having been to their NY Branch, I was quite disappointed in the quality for the price we paid.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is mine and my friends FAVOURITE bakery in Abu Dhabi. Their cakes are so tasty and just the right consistency. Their banana pudding and their cake slices are a must try. Another favourite of mine is the magic cookie. Staff here are so friendly and always happy to help.I recommend for personalised cakes also!

A bakery and coffee shop in Galleria Mall Extension (This branch is different than the one in Galleria Mall itself). Their banana pudding is my favourite. Apparently they serve breakfast as well but never got the chance to try it.

Had two offers from Mangolia Bakery for two complementary banana puddings and when I went to redeem and had to wait for 10 minutes because they had to get an approval before giving them to me. Couldnt wait any longer and had to leave without taking them because it was really embarrassing and shameful. Please dont fall for their offers because I think they have serious communication gaps.

I visited the small branch. The waitress completely ignored us when we were the two only customers, then asked us to stand in line since . To top that off, the cashier lady was being extremely rude to the delivery guy and ordered us to stay in our table when there was no one so serve us.. No one even cared that we got out despite them noticing us. Never again!

My wife and I love this place for their banana pudding. But their customer service is garbage! They genuinely couldnt care less.We actually complained about how unaccommodating 1 of the staff was and threatened to leave, and they simply told us to go ahead, without even apologizing.Never coming back here.(Talking about the big branch in the extension, not the original store)

I would get married here - just so that everyone at my wedding could enjoy the delicious cup cakes and pudding. But im already married, so I look for any excuse to have their delicious banana bread pudding and outrageously creamy moist carrot cake.Love Magnolia Bakery!

I am in love with the banana pudding! Their cheese cakes are very good too. I love the ambience, the colours are very calming. Staff is friendly, I just wist it was not in a mall.

We order a medium size cake for a party, it was horrible, no taste , didn’t decorate it , just wrote on it and threw some sprinkles around the edges. Even the frosting was horrible, it taste like sugar water. Won’t order for our next party or meeting from here. Deserves no stars at all. This was in Dubai at Dubai mall , not sure if any other location is better.

Banana pudding. Thats all Ill say. Best in the market and you can never go wrong with a little pudding. The banana pudding is very rich and is simply perfect. 1 star off for okay coffee and cupcakes, but the pudding makes up for it.
