They took good care of our jeep. Not pushy about sales and super helpful with good advice for new off road drivers. The shop is busy so dont expect a simple in and out experience.

I’m always suspicious that garages overcharge or tell you there is work to do, when it isn’t needed in reality. Not the case with Qaruoty - Sohaib is a really honest guy.First he quoted me a reasonable price for a lot of work on our Jeep. Then he brought down the labour charge further if I did everything all at once, which makes sense. And then when we picked up the car, he said actually there were some parts he didn’t need to change in the end and had just fixed instead, so he explained that clearly, then excluded from the charge - 800 dirham less. We hadn’t asked for it, or questioned it. I really trust that he runs his garage very honestly, which is what I care about most.

I wanna to share my experience at Qaruoty car service , really they close any issues related to my car special Mr BOBO I appreciate him and all the team .

I recently went to the garage to get some axle and differential work done. Every time my car left the garage there seemed to be more problems. They would never have the car fixed on the day that they said it would be fixed. I got a taxi many times to collect my car but several times I had to get a taxi home as the work wouldnt be finished. When I finally was told that my car was ready I arrived to find my brakes not working. He never kept his promises and it is a very unprofessional shop with mechanics not knowing what they are supposed to do.

WARNING! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!We had them to fix a car pole bracket on our Xterra. They scratched the body and tried masking it with some cheap red colour that is far away from the car colour. No compensation was offered.
