This is my go-to place for servicing and repair. I’ve changed cars over the years but still prefer coming here. I don’t trust the car agencies out there these days but at this place, I’m always sure of what’s going on. Ala owns and manages this place and he is quick to send updates with pictures and quotations. He’ll explain everything and give tips on best usage. I find myself trusting him without any doubt. He even bought my old car when I decided to go for a new one 😁

Great value auto repair.Took my car here to get few things fixed; Thomas and his team found 2 extra issues and fixed them for free. They also cleaned the car.He saved me alot of money from the first quote I was given. They are friendly and honest and I WOULD RECOMMEND 100%.

I was at the shop last week, my brother was getting something done to his car. They had a very nice office to the side of the shop, very comfortable couches, really open area. I enjoyed reading while the car was getting worked on, Overall, It was a very nice experience and the comfort made time fly by. I would recommend this shop to anyone and the price was very reasonable as well and not far from our local VW Parts Shop!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My car was in this garage to be assessed for some work. After several weeks, and numerous calls, emails etc, and with no response I visited the premises, only to be told by the owner, that the Municipality had took the car as it was parked illegally outside his premises. He told me it was down to me to rectify this issue. I have just taken 2 days and over 1600Dhs to eventually get the car out of the compound, and because the Municipality took it without the key, the car is now destroyed.I can safely say this could have been avoided if the owner had taken some responsibility.I will never use this garage again.

I have been using Jamal Auto Works for about four months now. First time was to do a brake job, and this last time to fix a vacuum leak and to change the spark plugs. All I can say is that I am an Expat that has been living in Abu Dhabi now for over two years, and this is one of the few paces that I have found that does not try to take advantage of the customer. I have found Sibi Thomas to be honest about his work, and what actually needs to be done to your car. He’s a mechanic who does the job right the first time, and for a decent price. I’m so impressed with his work that I am having his crew do some cosmetic paint work on my car this weekend. Thanks Sibi Thomas for being my mechanic.Update: Got my car back from Jamal Auto Works last week, after having some cosmetic painting/fixing done to the minor bumper damage to the front and back bumper. Great job Sibi, I cant even tell the bumpers had damage in the first place. What I like best of all is the price did not empty my wallet.

My car broke down. A friend took the car to the workshop after hearing a lot of good review about this place.Tha cabel for transmission shift snap. I called late at night and told him to change all the brake pads as well.He found out the brake are still usable and told me that there is no need to change the pads. I am very impressed. Normally most guys even told you to change something eventhough it is not required because they want to make money out of you.This Place is very Good, They are honest and very reliable when they give u an estimate.Highly recommended. Good Job Thomas
