Worst experience in oil change, went to embassy brach on 22/9 at 3:00 pm, called before arriving to ask if it was not busy now to come, he said its ok. Went there and the man in charge left me waiting for 20 minutes although there were no other cars changing oil.There was clearly only one guy working on the tires on a car in the tires section and no other staff.When i went inside after 20 minutes upset, he and his co worker were on there phones and told me they were busy on the phone with management !!!He saw that i was backing up my car to leave and still was on the phone and did absolutely nothing.Although Al Bateen branch has excellent service, to be honest. But Embassy branch were totally unprofessional.Never again.

My opinion and feedback pertinent to CME Bosch Car Service stems from my long term experiences with this professional service centre since it was found.To sum up, the following have to be considered by the requested party as well as the reviewers:1. Both tyres and mechanic sections are, luckily, run by very careful professionals in their field of expertise.2. Never declined spare part availability.*2. Staff extend their endeavour to make several calls until they make it happen....find the right parts3. Staff are timid and gentle in their behaviour.4. Very reasonable costs of original parts and services.5. Quick in their professinal service performance.6. Punctual in their call backs.7. Tidy and clean work places and administrative office.The list is very long, but the overall review is Excellent.Regards

Dropped my car of here for repair, and were charged almost three times the market price for basic parts. The staff is not responsive and attempt every trick to try and sell overpriced unnecessary maintenance parts while overlooking essential items for the car. BE VERY CAREFUL when using them, a much more trustworthy level of car service can be found within the market at much lower prices. Do your research before settling to drop your car off here.

Manager is a really good guy. Car broke down rariker today and he assisted in getting me a truck and always goes above and beyond.

Helpfull and knowledgeable staff is a good indicator for a good garage. Convenient to have something out of the usual Musaffah for fixing and or repairing your car.Very satisfied with the service, thank you!

Excellent customer service especially at the front desk.

They did Inspection on my car & they took 100 Aed but they didnt give the price coat to perform the job even if they said 2 hrs to send on email. they didnt pick their phone also. Now 4 days passed after inspection.

The workshop supervisor made me change brake pads although they were more than half life! And i had a major repair scheduled but the spare part was wrong

This center is great for giving honest advice and affordable maintenance. Samir in specific is great to deal with as he is friendly and honest with you.

Helpful staff and have great knowledge with cars, they can fix all German or japanese and even American cars.

Friendly Arabic guy at the counter and the Nepali engineer are very professional
