We have requested to change the plate number of our car in their system as it was sold to new owner. In Dubai branch, they have changed the owner name but the failed to change the plate number as it has to be done in Abu Dhabi. They asked to write a request and they will send it to Abu Dhabi branch. Till now we are sure if they updated the car details or not

Worst Dyna Trade branch in UAE. Bad customer service (we have been waiting for a worker to assist us with the service) but unfortunately all the offices are empty and we are still waiting for someone to show up. (Dubai branch is the best, once you arrived, you just need 10 minutes to get everything done) but here I don’t know what is going on !

I’m doing service at this shop since 2013. The staff are friendly and mostly helpful. My complains are about their service and labour charges are pretty high. And most of the time it take too much time for doing the service. Another complain is their Automatic washing machine as they still using the old machine that uses a giant brushes which would damage the body paint overtime. And when they clean the car they keep the AC open while doors are open as well.

Slow repair service and they will not follow up your vehicle status, not enough man power and too many cars are pending, location is not good and very hot inside there office, my car has a simple damage but they can’t fix it right away because they are always telling to the customers that too many cars to do, i’m very upset with this company not recommend, you should organize your office. honestly speaking this is not what i expected to see in a big company. you have to add more man power to be more efficient in your service and to serve your clients as they expected to be happy and satisfied.i’m not comparing you to other garage companies but the others are much better.hopefully you will sort and organize your company (man power, procedures, policies, and works, timings) and can you please fix the AC because it very hot inside and not good smells (for hygiene purposes due to pandemic you have the responsibility to provide safe/clean environment to your clients)

I give my car for service always, employee who coordinates every time there is a problem of attitude, they are never happy to help and answer.I felt they differentiate you on your clothes.Also in this service i saw my car is burned from 1 place. My car only my wife and me drive and this one is not possible from our side. I dont know who did it?It is behind the steering in that place where some one can burn purposefully no chance of incident.Many time due to bad attitude or waiting or helping someone without appointment and the one who took appointment keeping them waiting ect reason me and coordinator argued but i dont know who did it.I saw it after few days of my last service.Also my car wash i do it my self so while cleaning i noticed it.Due to no evidence i dint complaint.Attached photo.You see photos, Photos itself will proof that it is done purposefully all other corners are in good condition, if it is due to heat then upper side should be burned.This is the reason i will not sign more contract with dynatrade, this is my last contract and i buy other car and i did contract with other garage because i am scare now.Suggestion for dynatrade is on counter there should be mix nationality.I think this will help to get good service.

The services are good in general and the staff are professional. They give your car the timely and the care that is needed and followup if required additional services. Ask for permission to install or do more than the agreement signed by the customer. Transparency of treatment.The location is bit conservative for the ladies, the female waiting area required to be more organised.

I have waited more than 20 days to get Kia Sportage parts. When I called the manager to complain he said it is difficult to get Kia Sportage parts quickly and you have to wait in spite of Kia Sportage spare parts are available everywhere.

One of the reliable service centers. They have only one service centre in Abu Dhabi and unfortunately it is too far from city. But they have one of most affordable long term service contract. If only they had pick up and drop facility, it would make it much more worth.

They just add on to the bill by telling u certain things need immediate change. The rates are high. I did not feel a difference in when i gave the car and received the car back. Better take your car to the original dealer. Price will almost be the same and you will have peace of mind.

Worst customer service ever. I brought my car after an accident to change the bumper, the most simple and most produced part of the car. After 1 week leaving my car with them they informed me that the bumper is unavailable and that they even cant order it from the official agent. They did nothing within this 1 week. I called the agent myself and the agent informed me that the bumper is available of course and that they can order it for me right away with a 1 month delivery. Even after informing the workshop about that with written evidence from the agent they insist the part is not available and then tell me it takes 60 days for them instead of 1 month.So that means the part takes 30 days from USA to Musaffah and another 30 days from Musaffah to Mafraq.Ridiculous service!

Horrible experienceI was told that my car would be ready next morning. . I waited next day till afternoon for their call. Then when I called them afternoon at 12pm to check , they told me that they would call me back. Again I waited. I called them by 3pm. They told me to wait until next day morning.When I told them that I need my vehicle today itself, I have been told that they would try. They called me at 0440pm. They told me to wait till next morning. But I insisted on getting the car by evening because I have duty next morning 5am. Then they told me that they would try to give car by 7pm.Actually they didnt even start the work till evening

Dealer quality work with 100% genuine parts and cheaper than dealer prices.I have both Toyota LC & Nissan Patrol Y62 and both on Contract with DynaTrade.. very professional technicians and work.The only thing need to be improved is the Que system not digitized and the time management as the car always take more than expected..other than that it is just the place to drop your car with peace of mind.
