The job done is good. Attitude towards customers is excellent. However, I am not happy with the pricing they have provided. I have changed the radiator fan motor and a valve which they procured from the scrap market. They charged 195 for the motor and 70 for the valve and 150 for the labor. I have checked the labor charges with nearby garages and it is more or less same. But the cost of the motor is less in scrap market as compared to the price they have provided. Since i didn’t get a chance to check the motor price before the job i end up paying the money they quoted. The big problem with these people is they will take advantage of us and take us for a ride especially while procuring parts.For the jobs al sabeel is good , but get the parts price confirmed before finalizing the job and check some options in the market before ordering parts though them.

Disappointing service and truly overpriced. They recommend most expensive materials and they charge a lot for standard labor work. We did the same work ( changing door lock and battery) three times cheaper at other workshop. No assistance if the car still has problems after you visit their workshop- worst, they keep blaming the client. Recommend to check other workshops in Musafa before contacting them. It might be much cheaper and much more better service .
