I discovered this place by chance and I am glad that I did. I bought their discount coupons from a guy on the street. The facility is very adequate and staff is very skilled.The staff who helped me was Ismail, such an amazing person and skilled too, very down to Earth and someone who would make sure that you get every bit of service that you paid for and that ypu came for. If you ever visit this place ask for Ismail. Dont get me wrong, every single person their is super nice and friendly.I have a picture of Ismail in this review which i am posting with his consent.The reason I not giving 5 stars is that I found thier prices a bit on higher side, i was ok because i used my discount coupons but i would think twice atleast if i have to pay full price. Also it is their policy that you cannot bring spare parts from outside which makes sure that you do pay premium.

Had a tire puncture and wanted to check the prices because my tires were getting old but their prices are slightly higher than Mussafah which is understandable due to delivery, etc so I informed him to just remove the nail and fill it with air to 35psi. I left and headed to check from the petrol stations air pump and to my surprise it was 91psi! Even a new tire will burst on the highway with that much air in it! Im not sure if it was a mistake or deliberately to burst my tire so I can buy from him, he repeated it more than 4 times when I first arrived that my tires are no good and they can burst convincing me to change them out, well with 91 any tire can explode.

The worst services, rude speaking after payment no after sale services. just i bought the battery on 07/06/2020 and agreed the price then he withdraw extra money from the credit. and when i asked for warranty booklet they said it got lost. not advisable to deal with them.
