Too expensive. Their visit charge for repairs is almost half the cost of new TV.No consideration for the consumers pocket in these difficult times.

If you ask for technician visit they will charge you 150 dhs if you brought it to work shop the will ask for 150 dhs deposit for checking, poor service after selling
Customer service are week. It took me about two weeks to get a NO answer.Although they have home services were the technician can pay you a visit at home with spare parts to fix your default items. Yet the procedure with me wasnโt delightful.Juma Al Majid is a big company thatโs for a fact. As I grew hearing their advertisement and using their products.But I will not count on Samsung service center anymore.

I gave my S10e to replace the display ,they confirmed that it will repair on the same day.But its not happened even next day. 2nd day night I got the msg says that it has been repaired. Next day afternoon I went collect the handset but it was not ready and I waited 45minutes to get it done.

Worst Service Center I have seen ever
One of the worse services in Abu Dhabi. Have a Samsung dishwasher there to be repaired. They call saying different prices, and even though Im accepting all of them, they call again like nobody knows I gave the approval. I called one week after the last call and the reply on the other side was: Oh, you already gave the approval?. Yesterday they called me asking if I was home until 14h00 for the delivery, to which my answer was yes. Im still waiting for the dishwasher to arrive ( Im writing this on the following day at 10:30). Good luck to all of you!
Good service.They made a lot of effort to find parts of equipment that was not available in UAE and repaired my vacuum robot in the time frame they planned.

Item was not delivered on time as promised before. During order placement it was promised to deliver within 4 working days. In reality, I followed up every week, given a fake promise to deliver next week, but it took more than 5 weeks (you read it right), meaning more than a month.No one informed me from the center about the delay. Excuse was given as delayed shipment bla bla bla.Not happy with the communication method and service given by this center.

Silly business practice requires venturing to the furthest reaches of mussaffah to visit in person to order replacement parts (and then go again to collect once arrived)Ineffective oracle system took close to 30 mins to invoice for a simple part. Whats worse it doesnt even store previous customer data.Will probably avoid purchasing samsung appliances in the future to avoid service headache.
We got our under warranty microwave repaired here within a week.

There is no credibility in dealing, never a failed customer service, they have no interest at all. The first time I see a company like this, they tell me that they need maintenance and you pay, I tell them, โOk, they sprayed them.โ
