Insurance coverage work - Very cooperative staff but my insurance company was very awful they dint cover my complete paint work pointing out cops dint provide report, other than that paint work is solid , but my trunk had damaged very badly but they hesitated to get one new from the scrap. Some parts like beading for the windows they promised me they would call me once new part is recived so I have to take the car again to the workshop. Overall I guess not a good place for insurance claim (if your insurance company suks your doomed) better to bring you car if you have general maintenance work or paid cosmetic work .

I gave my car to this garage and have a bad experience with them in terms of there work. The scratches is still there on the light and color quality is not good even i found one middle part is faded from the whole colored area. They have my car for 3 days and i am driving rent a car during this time. Its even not my fault and i have an accident first time from some one. Car value goes down. Then i depends on insurance to send me on professional garage but they not did the work well. So disappointed with this event. I suffered a lot and want other to be carefull i hope higher management improves there quality after this. But not recommended for the painting work.

I had my MINI Cooper rear bumper accident repair done at Aarya Premium under Oman Insurance. The location and appearance of the place impressed me when I first saw the place, but the quality and speed of service were really impressive. The drop-off and pick-up hardly took 5 minutes each, including all paper work. Mr Prajith was very helpful by keeping me updated on the progress of the work and car was delivered back one day earlier than promised. Highly recommended for Oman Insurance work, and probably they are equally good for other works too.

One of the best Mult Brand Service Center in UAE capable of handling Service, Repair and Body Repair. Well equipped and having a good team of technical staff. The service cost is also very reasonable and pocket friendly.

Very less transparency when it comes to Insurance related Jobs. Service advisors doesnt give clear details of the damage and claim information. My car developed a lot of issues after the accident repair and they were not willing to accept the complaints.Not recommended for Insurance claims related work.

Worst service ...never ever visit here even by mistake.I went to aarya service station just for a simple task of replacing brake pads.They replaced it with skimming of disc also, but due to lack of experience they damaged my ABS sensor which starts glowing after replacing brake pads and now my car makes screeching sounds while driving.I called them and explained the problem...they told me come on some date...I went there but due to rush they postponed.....after repeated efforts it cannot be solved.

Guys,I have very bad experience with them, they are professional cheaters.I give my car for accident repair ( front bumper) they fixed with glue and painted. Today I opened my front bumper to fix my light I was shocked the put screw instead clip and bolts. Pls don’t give the car to them.

Service advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable. The final checkups has to improve so that there will be less issues for the customer to find out.

I was asked to give my car here by my insurance. Its a big garage amongst other locations they have. Was quite busy when I approached them ..was instantly greeted by the receptionist..and my details forwarded to an agent. Here I had to wait at least 20 mins to be attended to as was told that they were quite busy that day. It was promised to be completed in 3 days but took a day longer and again I had to wait another 15 mins to be attended to. So they are busy, but they get the work done. Car was cleaned but since its mussafah it was covered in dust. Had a mud print inside the driver side base from someone who wasnt careful. I mean these are some details that tend to bother me and maybe not for others. Im am not sure if its a usual to give the car an overall check before giving it back to the customer...my tyre pressure was very uneven when I checked it the same day I got the car. So that was a put off for me. Small things. Detials. Overall its ok.

Pros-Delivered the car after completing the task as committed. Insurance process was easy. The repair work was only a minor scratch on the bumper.Cons- Customer waiting seats are limited and refreshments are not available.
