A very nice relaxing dinner. Very quiet and not crowded. And the valet at the front of the hotel drove us to the restaurant in a golf cart 😎

Highly recommended 👌👍 I enjoyed my food so much that I had to take out. Service was awesome. I went on Saturday around 9pm so it wasnt full, I heard Wed and Thur is usually busy. This is a hot spot for good food trust me 👍👌

Great ladies night experience, service is spot on and attentive ,although place was completely full.We tried tartar, spring rolls ,selection of sushi of 5 kinds of our choice . Everything was great, and highly recommended.The place was fully booked out on the terrace and inside, its a good vibe for a Wednesday night.

I am writing this review based on a recent visit to Barfly and other experiences. I went a Sunday afternoon with my friend. This is a very relaxed time to go. When the weather is good, I recommend enjoying the patio, as its airy and right on the water. They even have a small beach to either eat on or relax in swings. At night they light the tiki torches and flames and its gorgeous. The music is always nice, smooth good tunes. Barfly almost always has a special so I recommend calling in advance to find out!Wednesdays is ladies night! Flowing beverages and discounted food. This is one of the top ladies night in town for that reason. Its also the best night of the week. They have a DJ come out later in the evening and it can get pretty crowded. Reservations must be made but you can always try to get to the bar and wait on a table.Ive also been for brunch on Fridays! They had a live band. All the food is good and tasty and the brunch is reasonably priced. Additionally, the staff at Barfly is always amazing, accommodating and on top of things. Reggie is my favorite staff here! He has waited on me at ladies night, random no when I stopped in for shisha and lazy afternoons! I even brought my mother when she was in town and Reggie made sure that she had a beautiful evening.I am a fan and I have never been disappointed and if there was even a slight issue the staff took care of it. This definitely should be a stop on anyones itinerary or for people in town, add it to your weekly rounds.

I was invited to Barfly on my birthday and I can say it is one of the bsst places in Abu Dhabi. The atmosphere, the food, the people.. everything is good and I cant expect less from a place at The Ritz.

Great food and very good shisha, just make sure to come on a normal day because ladies night gets overcrowded and service will become slow.Sushi tastes really good, cheesecake was ok not that great.

Nice place. Professional staff. Small advice: They have to reconsider the ban of men wearing shorts in their restaurant as it is outdated rules.

Pointless dress code rules. Doorman “NO SHORTS ALLOWED” with no further explanation. 35degrees heat and refused entry wearing tailored shorts.

Starters were some if the best weve weve eaten. If you come here get the prawns, theyre sooo good!! The mains were the let down however. The black cod was ruined by over use of the sauce which made it sickly sweet, the ribeye was over cooked at medium well rather than medium. The service was really good and they were quick to help us in any way possible. The reason for the low rating was that the mains were overpriced for what we got

Had an amazing dinner. I absolutely recommend you trying eafood bbq. Their cocktails are of one of the best in the city! My personal fav espresso martini for every recomendation. Their manager Ognjen also took good care of us!

Food was pretty good. Shisha was selection was really good. Ambiance was nice (including the music). Not very crowded so the setting was intimate.

I recommend this place..it has a nice vibe on the weekends.....this place is great but yes like every restaurant in the uae...the sevice requires improvement. But i would personally thank the employee Hasan he was great with everyone and with us....provided us with great warmth and hospitality...they require alot more staff with his capabilities...great job.

Usually a great place but now theyre discriminating against people wearing shorts, but on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays by creating a dress code category that isnt widely accepted: smart casual.Really disappointing as we eat here once or twice a month. Probably wont be back.

I have been to Barfly for a few times now and we always have a great time, but this was the first time we try their brunch; I must say it is so underrated! This is literally the best brunch in Abu Dhabi! The food was DELICIOUS and the portions were HUGE( we were full by the end of starters) The service was great ofc as well as the views. thanks

Great place ..nice food..and good music..just no one attended us or showed us our table despite an early reservation made..then again no one came to offer the menus or asks for our requests. We had to speak to the one in charge and ask for more attention..eventually things got better for the rest of the evening after the remarque..overall..pleasant visit

Relaxing music and delicious Japanese tapas dishes.

Tried Barfly brunch earlier and thought I’d put in some good words on the overall experience. The restaurant is nicely decorated that’s for sure. We were visiting Abu Dhabi on our way home from the Maldives and stumbled across this amazing restaurant. AND it was ladies night! WE had a great meal sitting by the water. HIghly recommend this as a MUST see if you are visiting the area.

Very nice place. Monday night was relaxing and calm. Food is great. Had the grilled salmon. Amazing. Friendly staff. Thanks to Jino Thomas who was professional and attentive. So attentive and the perfect person to assist out evening of fun. He never made us ask for anything and kept us happy throughout the night, we left feeling relaxed and completely satisfied with everything.

An A-class experience to hang-out for a relaxing time for a drink and a tasty Sushi variation. The lounge music is nice, 2 ladies dancing on 2 high spots. The beach is near shore and the view is stunning. Dont miss that. The price is ok.

A beautiful place that you can bond with your friends especially at ladies night they are giving 50% on all over the food and free flowing of drinks from 7pm to 11pm and most especially a trained and kind staff they have. It was really a great night! Keep it up team ❤️

Our second visit, the first time the bar staff were less than stellar and not very friendly.This time we arrived at Buddha Bar at just after 9pm hoping to have a nice relaxing drink and asked for a seat on the beach (a great location) .... at this point the service ceased to exist.We were ignored by multiple staff for at least 15 mins and despite asking twice we still never managed to order a drink.We went to leave and on the way out made a polite complaint to the general manager who was dealing with other customers.He did not seem particularly interested in our complaint.This bar should be the best place to go for drinks and chilled music in Abu Dhabi - the only accolade I can give is that it has the worst service in Abu Dhabi.

Entering this place, I didnt have my hopes up high to be honest. Ive come to realize that producing an Old Fashioned around these parts is probably not the easiest. With that said, however, I was presented with a really nice Old Fashioned, even though their way of making is different, it was really well made.That aside, Barfly has a dim lit form of atmosphere at night, I couldnt say that about daytime since they have huge windows and I suspect sunlight pours in all over.This is a good place if youre looking for a change in pace through your day.

Reggie made us feel right at home from the moment we entered barfly. He was promt with our drinks orders and never let our glasses run dry. He recommended the crispy shrimp which was to die for. We were so impressed. Well definitely be back.

We went to the attic supper club on a Thursday night. The bar bites were delicious and the server was very attentive. Also a great atmosphere and terrific shisha. Special mention for our server Ahmed who went above and beyond to make our night very enjoyable!! Great vibe! The food was also great, especially for the price! Patan was amazing kept our classes full! Definitely will come back again.

This was our first time visiting the restaurant. Weve been to all the other restaurants in Venetian Village but the vibe, ambience and food in Barfly is a whole different level and experience.We asked for a smoking (sheesha) table which was on the upper level. This made us feel exclusive and private since most of the crowd preferred to hangout downstairs, these are your regular pub hoppers.We were served by a truly humble and kind gentleman Ahmed. He took care of us single handed right from our sparkling bottle to the end. 5 star for his generosity and dedication to his job (we know excellentservice is rare in this country).Overall the restaurant has great food and drink options (not to forget the discounts). Great for a casual hangout with your lads or a private time with your lady.

One of the best pan asian cuisines in Abu Dhabi. Great atmosphere but very dark for some reason! Food is top notch but pricey as expected.

Nice venue, outdoor terrace is nice, quite, like the music, had some issues with the service, but overall experience was not bad at all.

The view and the food are reasons for the revisit. Staff are friendly too. The king prawn is a must try. Don’t like the spicy Yuzu sauce though. Its warm now, should go when weather gets cooler.

Elegant and trendy atmosphere inside Venetian Village at Ritz Carlton with very good cocktails and above average sushi. Waitstaff and hostess team are helpful, appealing, and warm. I look forward to returning.

Barfly supposed to change name in BIG TIME RACIST BAR. I came 2 times and never let me in with my friends I called and reserves 3 times and said they’re booked where in bar is not much people. Security and bar manager let us wait for 10 minutes outside and come out saying they’re booked as usual. I was checked in last night in Ritz Carlton but they never consider that, it’s so disappointing that people doesn’t know the word equality. Worst experience!

The place has some nice vibes and the music is good. However, its very expensive. Food and drinks are overpriced and the shisha is way overpriced! 175 aed for 1 shisha .. this is crazy!!
