Very highly neet and clean building I ever seen in Abudhabi with high maintenance n staff.... value for money

Good things:-Strict securityLocationPoolBad things:-1. Maintenance here is ok but it’s handled way better in older buildings like the al wissam fashion(al Ain tower) building.2. Security is too strict; you can’t have visitors during covid times though visitors are allowed in all other buildings.3. Electricals and accessories are too old and you end up replacing lights many times.4. Deposit refunds have surprises as there is no proper stock take or pictures taken or inventory signatures when taking handover. They charge for something missing when you never had that thing when you took possession and neither they nor you have a certain evidence to prove who is right and it ends up the tenant losing his money.
