The worst people ever leading the company, once they get the money they disappear, i highly don’t recommend to work with them.

Possibly the most horrible property management company in UAE.I rented an apartment for 3 years in Abu Dhabi and always suffered during my dealings with Asteco. It was a 4 bedroom apartment so of course i way paying the buck.Still:No one picks up the phone.The staff is super unprofessional.Their General Manager is an uncooperative individual.Luckily they lost the contract to Al Dhafra Property Management.My dealings became easier and their professional staff helped whenever they got a chance.My recommendation is to make sure the building you are moving to, is not managed by Asteco Property Management.

Worst property management one can think of. take their service if you want to part away with you money and be in constant stress. They dont deliver what they promise but they charge for the promise

I would rate 0 if it is. Pls dont go into this.. though yu already informed about the damages in mail. They wont consider this on inspection. Apart from deposit they asked me to pay extra amount for damages i already informed thro mail on 1st day. Very very worst property management i have seen so far.

One of the worst experiences in Abu Dhabi was dealing with this property management. Their staff are unprofessional, rude, ignorant and a bunch of liars. Be very aware before making any dealings with them.
