Location is goodProblems:There is always lift problems* Last year there was ac problems, lived one week with ac issues* Wood cabinets are not water proof. It will damage the wooden cabinets in kitchen and washroom if it exposed to water. You will charge huge amounts to fix this. (see attached photo). make sure that you talk to owner before.* Make sure that chiller fees paid by owner* If you are getting from individual owner make sure that maintenance is covered. Otherwise office will bill you huge amount for any maintenance inside apparent

I dont like its old and small apartments

Nice location by the mangrove forest, but the building itself seems abandoned with holes gaping at the reception ceiling and half of the ugly, bad taste colorful LED strip that “decorates” the reception desk out of order, plus other things from here and there that show severe lack of maintenance. The apartments that we saw are pretty small and very overpriced. The aesthetic of the building does not match at all the elegant and modern glass covered towers around it making it a huge cacophony beside the Gate district.

After the recent Beach Walk its an amazing place Plus the advantage of a mini Mart and cafes gives a cozy feeling

Its a better and nice place to be..

AC problems in July, half the lifts are not working, water problems, dirty swimming pool and small gym...I made the mistake of living there for a year
