They are the best with really good prices

The best place to keep your pets when youre traveling out of the United Arab Emirates. The kennels encompass a team of highly skilled, trained and knowledgeable gentlemen who know what their doing. Moreover, they know how to handle dogs well and are exceptional in their work. I always kept my Rottweiler and Pug at the American Veterinary Clinic Kennels whenever I traveled out of the U.A.E and they are the best.

It is a known place to take care of of all kinds of medical needs for your pets.

The size of the kennels is decent (the biggest available in Abu Dhabi, and I guess in the UAE.Also my dog seems to like the handler, and when I take him there hes excited, and run to meet the handlerPrices are medium range, when compared to other places.ButThey charge extra for the play time, otherwise the dogs will just stay in the kennel, and will be walked 3 short timesThey have very weird working hours, they close for lunch, they close after 5 pm, they close friday afternoon, and they close the whole SaturdayAnd when they close they dont even answer the phone.So it is very difficult to deal with them, to make bookings, and to drop off and pick up the dogs from themI have to say that the handlers and all people working there are very nice and they care about the pets... but they seem to be buried under a lot of workload, because the number of workers is too little to answer the phone and take care of the hosted pets and run the placeFor those reasons I am not dealing with them anymore

Five time I called and no one respond and when I visit them even they are charging for street cats

Excellent service. Dr Reid is the kindest vet I have ever come across. AVC Kennels in Musaffah is highly recommended. Have been using AVC and their Kennels from 2005.

I left my dog with them for a month because i had some issues i had to take care of they werent considerate they texted me when i was outside the country threatening me to put my dog up for adoption because i didnt pay for one week or two note that i paid before and my interst in getting my dog back is obvious i wasnt abandoning my dog and its very clear i admit i didnt come take him on the dates i suppose to take him because i couldnt and everytime they call or text i respond which means i show great care of my dog. they threatened me multiple times bc i didnt pay for a short period of time when i did pay for the previous times before expanding the period of time. they made me go through a lot. i was getting very very stressed and i was outside the country crying and calling them and they were very inconsiderate and have terrible customer services. no flexibility at alllll. i hope they change their attitude i was very unhappy with it.
