Used to be good vet clinic but not anymore .. i took one of my dogs there and they gave him vaccine though he got it before but the doctor told me he has to get a renew shot .. well my dog died few days later

We went there with a Dove which was overrun by a car. The dove had a broken leg and was not able to walk. But eventually its recovering now. Lovely experience. Its just only challenge is to get someone to answer the phone call. Especially the emergency line, I was not able to connect at all.

I surrendered my cat Massoud after flying him all the way from Bahrain to reunite with him, it was so painful but to follow my husbands advice was the best choice. I wish I can meet his new owners to say Hi and tell them what he loves. I will remember him forever and hope to cross paths one day. The vets and all staff are friendly and professional.

Looks like Mia is enjoying her check up at ADFH!Their service is good but sometimes the booking is kinda odd due to extension of other check up. So, you’ll end up waiting for your turn. Coz of that I suggest you come earlier than your scheduled appointment or you will be disappointed.The place is huge and they also have animal shelter and some dogs/cats for adoption. If you are interested maybe you can drop a call or visit.I cannot wait for them to re-open the agility park in order for us experience it again.

I brought my kittens to Falcon for surrender and they were very willing to accept them. They have spaces for all not only for birds. One person brought his old dog and asked the staff what will they do with his canine. The staff were so prudent to tell the man that they will take care of his dog until forever. This is a good place for our pets, from grooming to surrender and for adoption. They have several wards for theses animal pets.

I have visited pet shop its friendly environment and wonderful staff thanks , I gave my son cat for new adoption.

Had been there to surrender our pet rabbit since it required major treatment, the staff were friendly and it was a fast procedure with no charges

I brought my new rabbit for general checkup. Although I had an appointment, they made me wait for 10 mins while the center was empty. The Dr didnt do the usual checkup process I experienced in other vets. Like he didnt check the rabbits weight and I didnt feel like he was professional. The appointment was exactly 2-3 minutes because I was doing all the talking and the answers I got from the Dr I have already read in Google. I asked multiple questions about the kinds of hay but he didnt seem to have any idea. Maybe the vet is not specialized in rabbits but they accepted to see my bunny and I paid the full price! Its cheaper than other vets but honestly I wont risk my pets health again.

The location is ideally situated between Dubai and Abu Dhabi which makes it an ideal stop for a visit on the way to Abu Dhabi.The Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital offers tours of the facility (see website for details) and I would advise a prior booking as these tours could get booked on the day.The tour is most interesting and the gentleman who showed us around (Mr. Obeid) was most knowledgeable, charming and full of humor.Without taking away the buzz from the actual tour, I can mention here that besides knowledge of the various types of falcon and their behavior, you will learn about the ‘seasons’ of the Falcon and visit some very, very interesting areas of the facility.A once in a lifetime type of tour – definitely not to be missed

Really fascinating experience! The birds are so lovely and I could touch one and hold one on my arm. So far, this was one of my top 5 travel experiences.

Amazing place. I found a dog in the street and they were able 2 take the dog as soon as i contacted them about it with no issues. Also the gentleman i spoke 2 on the phone was very helpful he stayed on the phone with us for 15 minutes 2 help step by step with directions until we arrived at their location.

I left my beautiful 4 month old Chow there for 2 weeks and I went back to get him and He had INSECTS ON HIM and HAD a smell that was unbelievable he was covered in dirt ect. They do not brush him or clean him or do anything that a regular dog needs also they feed him rarely he lost 3 kg hope you guys Never DO ANYTHING WITH THEM. Never leave ur beautiful pets their also. WE cleaned him and he is doing good

It used to be one of the best pets hospitals but not any more. It was the first place where you can adopt a pet but currently become so commercial. And the service is never the same.Call them before you go there to make sure that you will find what you are looking for.

I adopted my cat Toby from the Falcon Hospital. They offered s great service, all the animals at the shelter looked healthy and the rooms were strikingly clean . The adoption process took a while as the place was busy with other animals visiting the vet and my cat had to be checked in-between appointments. From my observations I noticed that they are strictly with appointments which is great, I later on in the week took my kitten for a second shot and I was served in time which is fabulous. I also enquired about boarding and the staff was very knowledgeable and answered my questions promptly. And finally one thing that I really appreciated is that the vet who checked my kitten was genuinely concerned about the animals wellbeing at home and checked my intentions and knowledge. I also had questions to ask and found the vet to be very helpful.

Great place. Very clean and tidy. Staff are sooo friendly. Animals here are in safe hands. They got Animal Shelter if you think of animal adoption.

Amazing to see such beautiful birds up close let alone the opportunity to hold and stroke. My girls, 7 and 16 years old found the hospital so interesting. For adults, educational too.

Simply wonderful. Beautiful place. They take excellent care of Falcons, the guide was very knowledgeable. The doctors too I believe are really good. Must plan a trip with the school kids to this place again :).

Well worth a visit if you are visiting Abu Dhabi. The Falcons are very well looked after and the complex is very well kept and clean. It was amazing seeing some of these Falcons are so very expensive. Really beautiful birds. Some have passports so the can travel on flights in the UAE with their owners. Great hearing about Falconery and how it all works and the great work done at the hospital. Highly recommendef.

Please do something about the exit. Its to near the off-ramp making it a bit dangerous to get on the highway thats going straight. Drivers cut in from all lanes sometimes at the last second realizing they are supposed to take the off-ramp.

Great place to visit and very informative. Friendly staff who are only too happy to answer your questions on these Beautiful birds. Even got to see them checking and clipping claws and looking for any broken feathers on one falcon. Also get to hold one and have photos 😉

Poor communication about closed roads, coupled with hopeless signage meant that we were lost for two hours on unfamiliar roads. Whilst the staff were prepared to wait for us for over an hour, which we appreciated, an email with up to date directions and an accurate location before we set of might have meant that we got to take our tour. Very disappointing and stressful.

Very good place to learn about Falcons in UAE culture. They have also very good boarding facilities for pets, veterinarians and shelter for street cats and dogs.

This is a review of the tour only. The tour was amazing and really insightful. This is the place if you’ve ever wanted to see falcons, learn about the different kind of falcons, hold falcons, have a falcon eat a frozen animal from your hand, you get the idea. You are allowed as many pictures as you want and there is no pressure to buy anything or pay more.Additionally, they have other animals and birds; in our trip, there were two owls also awaiting check-up.An added bonus, they can call you a taxi at the end of your tour since the falcon hospital is in the middle of nowhere and Careem does not work there.

Its a unique place and a great experience. They respect the falcons and take good care of them. But I think the price is too over rated almost 50$ per ticket.

The Falcon Hospital is a great attraction for children as well as for adults.It is very interesting to see the operations ongoing. During the guided tour through the hospital it is even allowed to hold falcons on your hand for taking pictures.

This is a wonderful center. The 2-hour tour is definitely worth the money. We learned about the history of falconry, watched an annual exam on a falcon, and toured the facility. It was all very impressive.

Firstly the problem is they do not tell the truth about the age of puppies.This is a big issue as you receive a dog that is alot younger or older.They do not help when wanting more information though one male agent is very helpful but the female can become very annoyed when you ask where what when information about the dogs.The whole point of getting a dogs age correct or approx is so people understand training food and vaccines are done correctly.Otherwise vaccine is not effective which the Vet should know.You cannot give incorrect age then spay a dog at the incorrect age this causes more issues such as tumours etc for the the dog. It can also cause growth issues and cause behaviour issues. But instead of saying “we dont really know the age”they lie and then get caught out when asked.You want people to adopt these are living beingsHelp the owners and be productive and be helpful and honest.Offer packages for a year so people can afford to maintain the dog so you have less in shelter.Ask the vet to have consultations with people before they hand the animal over so the animal is homed correctly.I was not advised about nipping biting or amount of water or the chewing. I was not told how to help her from stress or boredom. Or that when i take the puppy home it may poop alot due to stress.Your staff know these things they should help owners as much as they can.Maybe then you will see less strays

I have gone there to their Pet center and they have helped my dog and resolved the issue on both occasions. Their prices are also reasonable when compared with other vets in Abu Dhabi. The only downside is the long trip to get there but honestly well worth the time with all the positives.

I learnt a lot about falcons. Price is a bit expensive for the tour you get but Im hoping the money goes towards the welfare of the animals at the hospital.

My family adopted a cat from their animal shelter. Professional and friendly staff, they have veterinarians who make sure every animal is well taken care of and fit up to the time of hand over to new owner. The one we got has complete record and up to date vaccinations. My son named him Moomoo!

They didnt tell me about the procedure being 2 hours long and when I said Ill be back they kept telling me its almost done and made me wait more. The staff while showing me the animals in the shelter didnt have a very informative or welcoming attitude one person just kept saying not for staff its ok for us without any actual helpful insight or information.

Unique place in the world. Its like a hospital for humans, the only differences are the birds. You can see a lot of Falcons, how they are threated, you can touch them and you can keep them on your hand. There are also 2 surgery rooms and you can have a look inside. Then, you will have a walk outside of the hospital, in the garden. You will see where are the birds kept, how they are feeding them.

We took our cat there. They were so brutal with her. Her paw was bleeding from nail trim. They gave her vacinations she did not need and is now over vaccinated.Even though she was not well they thought micro chipping her and vaccinating her was a good idea.The grounds and boarding looks impressive but the care of the animals is actually scary. The scruffing was extremely harsh. And the treatment was not satisfactory. This experience has left our cat being extremely afraid of vets where she was fine before.We now take her elsewhere.If we were not moving overseas I would have raised a complaint of malpractice.

Dropping pets off for boarding takes waaay too long. Not sure why the vet has to see them every time, even if they have been there just 3 months ago. We waited an hour and a half to drop them off for 4 days, when they do have a file with the hospital and have beed very recently vaccinated there.Disappointing for an otherwise decent vet.

Absolutely unprofessional while adopting a pet. My daughter now is going through such difficult times, the dog attacked her badly and she has 2 broken bones. I am filing a case against them as soon as I get the medical report. I have read some comments and it’s the same. PLEASE DO NOT ADOPT ANY PETS, they lie and sell it to you and later change whatever they say. Please be aware!!!!

Visitors of all ages who have an interest in falconry, birds or just wildlife in general will enjoy a tour of Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital. We took the 2 hour tour and got to experience more than we expected! We watched a doctor perform a minor surgery (a pedicure!) while we stood beside the table! While the falcon was sedated, the doctor gave us a bit of an anatomy lesson and explained several routine operations - like repairing feathers! - performed at the hospital and the importance of the operations.Each of us had the opportunity to hold a falcon! - even the 10 - 13 year old members of our group! You definitely want to be prepared to take pictures!Every person at the hospital involved in our tour - from our guide to the doctors and the techs - was excellent in keeping all the members of our group engaged and presented the information so that everyone could understand. Our guide was excellent! He kept everyones attention with his wit and humor.Definitely a highlight of our trip! But plan ahead - you need to make a reservation.

The tiny pet center was pretty crowded at the time, lots of plants and flowers, & plenty of parking space.

This was a fascinating place and I feel like I learned a lot about falconry.

It was fascinating to get an up close look at the falcons and other birds being cared for by the hospital. The staff was professional and caring, they explained what procedure the birds were undergoing, different injuries the falcons might have, along with the history of the hospital.One of the group members got to feed one of the falcons, different birds were allowed to perch on visitors, and we then were taken to see one of the long term residences for birds undergoing molting.This is a great visit for those who love animals and/or are curious about falconry. They also have a cafe and function areas.There is no public transportation to the hospital area. You will either need to drive yourself or take a taxi as it is a bit isolated.

I have been trying to experience a tour of this unique facility for a number of years, and at last the opportunity arose.Of course, I jumped at it, and have absolutely no regret.The tour of the Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital is a special event.The guide gives a comprehensive history of the culture which made this facility necessary, talks of the breeds which are treated and the manner in which the facility has grown and expanded.Then, a true treat...a visit behind the hospital doors with an entirely safe opportunity for a hands-on personal falcon experience.The two hour tour passed so quickly, yet was conducted at a relaxed pace with plenty of chances given to ask questions.Two precious hours of truly unique and beautiful memories.My thanks to all the staff of Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital.

I board my cat here when Im out of the country. The rooms are old but very clean and spacious. You get occasional photos and messages if you ask for them regarding how your pet is doing. Hes always well and happy upon his return so I can go away knowing that he is well looked after.
