It was my favourite before 10 years.I surprised when I go their today.I ordered chicken cajun dish.it was disappointing 😞French fries was not fresh.chicken was not well done.When I complain to the manager.he was just answering me with no care.

Foods we ordered were great, team were accommodating, except to the manager (I guess, wearing yellow shirt). He was rude, as a person in hospitality industry, its a BIG NO to mentioned to your customers that any discount / advertisement dont give you any benefits. Dont put up any discount advertisement or any of same that your not happy with. It ruined the experience.

Big as in big servings. But I guess its not my lucky day. The steak I ordered was hard and still in a flesh. The steak knife could not even cut it easily.

The new marina mall branch manager (ex al Wahda mall) did a great job by taking the customer service a level up. So far their burger (make your own) is the best for me and their porterhouse steak is so delicious.

The restaurant is a bit hot but overall is good. Prices are fair. No crowd around 2 pm Friday.

Usually the burger in Fuddruckers is very delicious, but today i didnt enjoy theexperience with them because of these reasons:First of all we set on the table and we was waiting maybe 5 or 10 minutes for someone to bring the menu for us, even the restaurant wasnt full and not so busy.Second thing the tables wasnt so clean and they bring the forks and knifes on a tissue, no plastic or a one-time use forks and knifes.Third thing the cheese sauce was very bad not delicious like always and no taste at all.We was wait very long to have our meals and it wasnt hot and the french fries was cold. One of the chicken sandwiches was very bad that the chicken is almost not cooked and you will taste a bread not a burger.The only good thing there today, was the lady who served us, even she was late at first to take our order but she apologized and smiling all the time.I hope you will take care and read this point and try to fix it as soon as possible.Thanks

What a Great steaks and burgers with amazing taste also variety. Definitely enjoy putting my own fresh ingredients on the burger. Sometimes it can be a bit too greasy though. Consistency and freshness I do trust them to offer me always best food, The salad bar is wonderful. You should wait a while but for me it is like with out pain there is no gain. located Al Marin mall level one .

Went there today with family and though it was crowded then usual but had a great dining experience because of the staff Mr Sainu (hoping i have spelled the name correctly). What a wonderful human being. Would definitely visit this branch again and would request to be served by him over and over again. Deeply impressed by his kindness.

Service was splendid, food was great, and the experience was amazing! I believe the food was too filling for my taste, but thats a good thing nonetheless 😊

Fuddruckers used to be one of my favourite places to dine , especially when it comes to burgers. And the service is good. But DONT EVEN THINk OF ORDERING FISH AND SHRIMPS SINCE ITS OVER SALTED and it isnt edible at all. Went in hungry ,came out hungry and dehydrated. Very disappointed 🥺

Nice food and service but poor cleaning

The manager in marina mall Abudhabi doesn’t respect us , the order was late and when it comes it was cold , so bad because I was customer for years in this location.

This was by far the worst dining experience I have had in the year plus I have lived in Abu Dhabi. My family and I waited over 10 minutes after being seated before our drink order was even taken. The service was horrible, the food was unimpressive, the seating area is unsightly and unsafe. (see pictures of far corner booth) They called the make-your-own burger topping line a salad bar despite the fact it only had lettuce leaves, pickle slices onions slices, tomatoes slices, potato salad and cole slaw to choose from. The children’s spaghetti with marinara and meatballs came out with chunks of hamburger meat as the “meatballs” and the sauce was thin and soupy. Our drinks were only asked to be refilled after my wife finally made eye contact with one of the few staff members that were even observing their tables. When my wife summoned the manager and asked for the check she mentioned that the service was horrible and he didn’t even address the statement or ask what he could do to address the concerns we had. We paid and left as quickly as possible. I only rated it with a single star because negative stars is not an option. If you want a good dining experience choose another restaurant while dining at Marina Mall.

Went for the usual, Jumbo Hotdog, but the dog was not jumbo and tasteless.

Very Bad food quality but good services

If i can give you less than 1 star i would but unfortunately there isn’t!!!I’ve been dinning in today but i had the worst experience because when we were speaking to the manager about the situation, he ignored us and acted like he didn’t hear what we said.Regarding the food, the appetizers came in with the food, which was cold as it was an hour late.Waiters don’t know how to respond properly to the complaints we had.All in all, worst experience ever, and if i were a bad person i would write the waiter’s and manager’s name, but i wont be doing that to not cause any problems.This is on 26/2/2021 at 7 pm 8:30 pm .Fuddrucker’s supervisors. Please find out the shift at that time and do a better job at hiring people :)

Nice restaurant and special for the rest anything that comes to your mind is available and the prices are affordable and the bait is not good and I advise everyone to experiment

My son chose Fuddruckers for my mothers day outing and they did not disappoint. Great portion size and great value.

If I could I would give it 0 stars, the food is delicious but its very expensive! I ordered a Pepsi and they didnt tell me the price of it and then when I looked at the bill it was for 16 dhs, and the tables arent clean and the workers cant understand me and no one came to the table to take my order, and they brought my order wrong, very bad service and very expensive.

Fuddruckers is one of the best Tex Mex restaurants in Abu Dhabi.Create your own burger by choosing the size and the way you want it to be cooked , and choose your salad / garnishes / sauces and as many condiments you want to dress your burger and fries from the salad counter .The staff was extremely welcoming and cooperative, food is great and enjoyable.Having a burger here is an experience!A must try for all burger lovers!

Nobody would take our order, we saw other people having to get up to get their own condiments. Hard to eat in a place that won’t even take your order. Wasn’t even busy.

Marina mall branch, very bad service, we waited for more than 20 minutes, no body came to our table to take our order. Will never go there again!

Poor customer service of the manager. It was a humiliating dine in experience. The manager of Marina Mall branch is rude. We were told that food will be served at iftar but we can order early. They served the salad so we started eating thinking that we are allowed to eat already. We were almost done when he approached us with a loud voice that we shouldnt start yet. We were so ashamed because there were other customers also. He could have approached us with calmer manner. He must not scolded the staff also in front of the customers.

Great food

Items listed as starters should not cost more than main menu items! Ordered ceasar salad but I found it not attractive. Otherwise good is fairly cooked and good maybe mashed potatoes didnt taste well with its sauce. Could be more popular if prices reduced?!

I was in Fuddruckers Abu Dhabi marina mall branch on the 7th of August 2020 and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had there was an Arab manager who was yelling at customers who had 2 babys in the stroller just because he was unable to manage the seating propely and thought it was ok to announce private table matter in argument repeating yelling get out of my restaurant loudly ruining the experience of not only the couple but of other customers as well. He and an Asian table service personal were arguing with this family in which the Arab manager not only pulled the table in which there were ladies seated but pulled the stroller away while the baby was still in it. If the matters werent escalated enough the Asian waiter got physical with the paying customer as well. I genuinely felt like my family was put into danger because of the managers ability to handle the situation as I had a baby with me as well. I strongly believe some actions should be taken against this and justice should be served.Upon reading the reviews of this branch I strongly believe and is evident that there is something wrong with the management.

We went for a dinner there yesterday with family, we were four adults and 2 infants. We were allocated a table first and then manager came and asked us to leave as he said only 4 people are allowed at a table. We said we are only 4 adults and kids are on their strollers. He tried to push our babys stroller first and then started shouting and pulled the table while we were sitting there..my brother stood ro stop him and the mager just pushed him back. Finally we had to call police and then Malls security, CID and police came there.Untimately they made him appologize to all of us in from of everyone and scolded him for his behavior.This is our worst dining experiencd in UAE in last 8 years here and we reallh think that their syrian and indian manager need to be replaced if they want to serve their customers well.

They don’t refill finished items quickly!

I had the worst experience yesterday at Fuddruckers marina mall Abu Dhabi... 1st the restaurant was full and few staff on shift.. They dont have sanitizer wet wipes. The tables were still oliy from pervious customers.. Of course due to atmosphere didnt enjoy the food... Plus the chedder cheese was really bad and the staff was aware about it and it was still there...I felt sorry for the staff as they were trying to smile and serve good but it was out of control..

Good staff especially the Indian gentleman was so kind and helpful, mistakes of getting exactly meal was little harder for the new commerce server’s. 4 mistakes in one table, restaurant need to restoration of doctorate and round table need to repair, floor are sticky to much.

The place is famous with its burger. The burger is made from fresh meat as stated by the restaurant. Personally I like chicken plater served at the place. The salad is open and you can take as you wish as well as melted cheese normal and spicy. The atmosphere is nice it is casual for week end family dinner or lunch. You can use coupons buy one get one which very good for your wallet.

The place is nice & staff is good but they are a bit slow in responding to us when we call them. The burgers are not that good, the portions of the meal & its sides are great but the taste of the burger itself is very plain or default, I didnt feel that it was special or has a unique taste for me to recommend it by any mean. Prices are reasonable I guess.

Visited the branch in Marina Mall and experienced very poor service. The restaurant was in bad shape. Even the cutlery provided had some bits of food on it. Simply unacceptable. The food was alright, but overall terrible experience. Youre better off spending money elsewhere.

Amazing place for some delicious, comfort food. Be it their starters or steaks or burgers or other mains, everything on their menu is awesome and delicious. The best part are their desserts, extremely yummy to-die for desserts.

I was eating from Fuddruckers since 2010, nowadays its not taste like before, the chicken was not too fresh, I ordered Baked Potato without sour cream and butter, they brought it with the sour cream, after that they said to me sorry we dont have anymore..? Please take sweet potato, suddenly I was shocked it was fried!

We came after around 3 months with my parents as I am a very regular dinner in both Al Wahdah and Marina Mall. I am extremely disappointed with A to Z areas. People are not welcoming at all, tables and plates are not clean at all. More disastrously, food taste disaster. So disaster that I am posting now while I am still dining. No point talking to a manager coz all seems not to be in mood to working so didnt even try to speak. Chicken is not crispy and over fried. Cheese was added by some stingy person. Mash potatoes taste very salty. Sorry to say and see the status. DO NOT TRY whoever want to have a good meal.

Delicious food

Fuddruckers has become very low quality the bread was not fresh 2 times the meat was overcooked in the sandwich and the chicken was very oily.

American food at its best. The place has relatively fast service, huge portions, good value for money, free refill drinks, and I loved the freely offered buffet where you can serve yourself to all the sauces, small salads, and condiments you want with your burger.The food was fulfilling, good and junk enough without being too oily or greasy. Good balance.

Pricey but worth it

The food was kind of ok but it took for ever to come. I had to complain to the manager 2 times. but it seems he was giving his best attention to the local customers and completely ignore my complain. A lot of people came after me and got their orders before me.The restaurant is not that clean and and staff are not organized. I think the restaurant need new manager.
