Worse company I ever dealt with. I made the mistake to buy a cooker and a range hood online and after a very late delivery I was shocked to open an old reused box and find a second hand , used and dirty range hood which was supposed to be new. I called the delivery guy who found an excuse to run away and did not answer the phone anymore. I thought something like that won’t happen in this country but obviously I was wrong. After a few days and repeated phone calls I got them to take back the used items and give me my money back but after a lot of headaches.Don’t make the mistake to buy from this company.

All you need in electronics for your home. In addition to sofa sets, bedroom sets and office furniture.Good prices and good service. Helpfull stuff. I strongly advice you to visit.

I am so impressed with this business. I had tried to order a TV from Amazon on their UAE web site but as I am UK and delivery address Dubai I had issues with my credit card processing due to security. So I went straight to the merchant Dhabi One who were insanely helpful. They ordered the TV on Saturday, and I paid via a secure payment link they sent and guess what? It arrived at my sons apartment on the Sunday. Nothing was too much trouble and the service excellent. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you

I placed an order on January 2021 on dhabione.com and I havent received my order yet its been almost 6 months, I have tried to contact their support team many times, Im still struggling to get a refund even after 6 months.

Ordered a SILVER Samsung microwave via Amazon - supplier Dhabi One - but delivered a black one. Returned and requested refund. Had to reorder and pay again.Ordered again, Dhabi One got the order wrong again, another black microwave was delivered. Still no refund on returned, incorrect order. Delivery guy refused to check product and no delivery note / signature.Dhabi One is the most frustrating company to deal with!Still no refund on first purchase. Still no replacement.Terrible to nonexistent customer service!!Buyer beware!

We have order 03 filing cabinets and one of them received with broken glass and missing accessories. It was requested to the concerned person but he refused to replace even the broken glass.Now that cabinet is not useable and waste of money..

Product is good for the price point, but horrible packaging, no manual on how to assembly the seats. Also cant give an invoice and just sent me an order confirmation and insist its an invoice. HORRIBLE customer service (I spoke with a guy name Junaid). I will never deal with this company again. DO NOT BUY from this guys in amazon if you dont want a head ache!
