The worst company that I dealt with so far. Very ignorant people, disrespectful and dishonest .Imagine I went there to talk to them about my villa project and they promised me to make an AC design but they didn’t. I contacted them several times and they kept promising me to make the design but at the end they stopped answering my emails and phone calls 👎🏻

Very poor service of warranty, bought a ducted split ac from them and just within few weeks the pcb got burned and when I went to warranty for replacement they made me wait 7 hours saying that they are waiting for approval even when I had clear documents of warranty and I could claim it. In the end I purchased a new pcb as I was getting late.

Very poor customer support, unprofessional technicians and the worse service at allI advice other customers not to approach them or obtain any service from them.

A miserable company and their job is very tired.
