Worst place to report a case.. I went there night time to report money fraud and i was asked to come next day during morning hours to find prosecutor.. Next day i went again and they asked me to bring a report written in a Arabic... I went home and sketch it in English and then went to typing center to translate which costed me 150aed... after 3 days i went back to the station with the report written in arabic and i thought i will get help the police took my report read it and then he asked me that i should go to report it in (sps) smart police which is very far away... I didnt give up and i arrange another day and avail myself in smart police... and there the only thing i was told is go to economics department... like seriously 🤔 how on earth do u help if u go here they send u there u go there they send u another place 😢 it is like playing game of merry-go-round... I am really disappointed

Worst experience ever. They will not even allow you to explain and tell exactly why you’re there. The police guy who was on the receiving area was very rude and Unprofessional. He talks loudly as if he owns the place. I came with all my documents coming from the court for them to assist me claiming my passport but they are telling me to go in different police station which I don’t understand why. I beg them to help me but they had rather throw my papers back with my phone falls on the floor and say Go, we can’t help you. I don’t know if he’s just lazy or what but I check the previous reviews I was definitely shook that it was the same issues over and over again. They even told me that it’s not their responsibility anymore and they had too much headaches already. Very bad service and if you’re not a Local, they don’t care about you Unless you’re a tourist or white they won’t listen to you.

Very helpful and professional manners, i contacted them to inquire about a case filed and they guided me step by step what to do and resolve the issue, i wish i wrote down the name of the officer who responded so i can appreciate the high respectful way of answering and dedication of time to guide me.As expat i truly appreciate the high respectful values of dubai police towards expats and residents.

Very very bad experience . The staff sitting here in Bur Dubai police station is not hired on merit . If any Govt official come and meet them in civil dress . I am sure he will fire all. This police station is insulting place only. I hope i will not come again here .just waste of time .

I came here after crashing into a wall with my car, the policemen was very kind and polite and attended to and finished everything within 5 minutes! So fast an efficient. Best part ? They have Ladies parking 🤩🤩😙

Ive been there to ask some help how to get a police report for lost passport but when Im at intrance gate one of police officer ask me what I need or do inside when I try to speak he says that I go at port rashid by taxi...he dont even try to listen with my explanation...he just go inside after he told me to go port rashid...seems that police officer not willing to help when it comes in need.

Its not customer happiness at all as they wrote it at the main entrance. I didnt feel any help from that police station or kind way of speaking. No one was open to listen me or try to help. I had no opportunity to open my mouth and say about the main reason why I came. Police man with one star just was trying to send me to another police station and he spoke so loudly that everybody was looking at me and I was feeling myself as a small kid staing on some scene

This gentleman has of great assistance in helping me getting document for my daughters university. I truly admire his outstanding welcoming and effective assistance.

They dont listen, very rude and lazy. No help whatsoever, they dont care. Mine is a case of identity theft but I was set up in a way where I was taken to the hospital by the police, this was done by the perpetrator in order to make me sound credulous, I had evidence, they did not even bother to listen to me or view the evidence. They said my story was boring

Came here to get a police report and I must say had a very happy awesome experience. At the reception, they asked the relevant questions and transferred me to a counter inside ..... didn’t have to wait long and I got my report literally into 10 minutes of walking into the police station ...... very professional, polite and efficient.

We needed to get a Police Clearance Certificate. Went to the police station and the helpful police officer at the reception told us to do it via the Dubai Police app. Downloaded it then and there, took about 5 mins to fill in my details (Emirates ID, etc), made the payment and we were done! Expecting to get the certificate within 24 hrs!

Not helpful. Do not know their job.The Emaar property management doesn’t want to view their own cctv camera themselves so they can see who took our empty bottle. All the residents leaving the empty bottle so the water company will replace it with the full one.After calling 901 and explained what happened, the representative told me to call 999. I was hesitant because it’s an emergency number. But the representative from 901 hotline said it’s okay because someone steal the Albayan empty bottle.Two policemen came and when they learned that it’s only a bottle and worth 35 dhs, they get furious. They judged me, and then they spoke arabic to each other. The policeman in green uniform pointed his finger on me telling me I’ll be in trouble and then spoke in arabic to his colleague wearing brown uniform, then the police in brown uniform get my emirates id details. He smirked and laughed while saying “Philipine” (pronouncing it in fe-li-pi-ni) and so what if I’m Filipino? Why laugh?They never did their duty and took my concerns in proper way. They humiliated me, pronouncing my name in loud voice .I called their attention because Emaar don’t want to review camera and asking me to call police. Now that I call police, they laughing because it’s only 35 dhs. They don’t care if a culprit is in Dubai neighborhood. They are the most incompetent people I ever met.Thank you so much for reading this. You are so free to contact me.

Very simple process for Good contact certificate. Police station is opposite to Al Jafiliya metro station. Working time from Morning 7.30 till late evening but when I enquried the officer told its 24/7. Satisfied with the service, got the certificate in mail within a hour.

Peace be with All.. I have visited this police station twice and was handled and dealt with due respect and kindness.. Applied for Good Conduct Certificate on 4th Feb. Visited Bur Dubai Brunch on 5th early morning. Today is 7th Feb. still didn’t receive requested document. Over the phone & online chat no response. How good is Services? Seriously?

I went to get my good conduct certificate, and it was an amazing experience, it took me around 10 minutes to have it done.

Applied online for Good Standing Certificate- less than 5 mins, went to Bur Dubai Police station to verify- less than 5 mins, Got my certificate by email around 2.00 pm. Amazing Service.

The officers are very professional and helpful.I was treated in a very polite manner. Its nice to know that you can trust the police force in the UAE.Mumtaz!
