The worst softwares, the worst team, the worst management. They have softwares which have which have bugs and coding issues since 2 yrs, If its a different coding issues or bugs we can say its alright but same issue for 2 yrs and the software developers are unable to fix the issue. What a piety. They softwares are a no use. it will cost the purchasing company a lot ot financial loss. They dont even deserve one star.

DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. THEY HAVE THE WORST TECHNICAL SUPPORT. DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE INCOMPETENT OR JUST LAZY PEOPLE. OR MAYBE THEY HATE THEIR JOB.

Worse company, once get the payment , then get disappear,like it is modern form of robing.we bought the software almost 15 days ago, make dozen of calls and send emails, but no body bother to resolve the issue.we can not use soft ware, totally wast of money and time.be careful.i wish, i could read other reviews before making purchase

We have been using there software for 7 years now, but still they have no regards for their own old loyal clients. All they care about is the profit which they will be making from us. PARTICULARLY MR VINOD KUMAR is so very rude in the manner he speaks, no regards to whom he is talking to. The attribute of MANNESRISM IS NON EXISTING IN HIS DICTIONARY. AFTER USING FOR SO MANY YEARS WE REALLY WANT TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT SOFTWARE. AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ANY. MAY BE THEY HAVE GROWN IN BUSINESS AND LIKEWISE IN ATTITUDE.(marking with single star even though they dont deserve it! Because we cannot submit without it!)

Good all IT services

We bought a two softwares from them. One cheque printing and other leave management. Cheque printing always lose alignment and spoils cheque. No support received from them. Also they have taken advance payment for leave management software and did not install it. Never give them cash in advance. Pay them only after successful installation and evaluating software for sometime. Very poor customer service.

Most Rude and helpless support. Always asking overprice payment. Super Delay services (5days) and they disrespect us (client). I dont recommended this!!(They also not clearly speaking English and make you laugh because they annoying you)

Poor and uncooperative service. Doesnt give value for customers.MR VINOD KUMAR is a moron person.When doubts regarding matter is being asked VINOD KUMAR responses in rude and foolish way.
