I am not part of this company. I want to address this to the owner. Please monitor your Managers especially the manager of CUSTOMER SERVICE who doesnt know how to handle his people. Try to ask the staff how are they, what is the problem from customer service department, how the manager treated them most of the time. Let their voice be heard. This manager who MICROMANAGE the staff isnt good! Yes, you need to monitor your staff but not to extend of monitoring their every movement inside the office. This manager doesnt have anything to do besides watching the CCTV camera from his office? What kind of manager is he? If he doesnt like the employee, he will monitor the person throughout the duty hours, and pointing all the negative work from the employee, not even appreciating all the positive work from that person! This is the reason why most of the staff are resigning OR transferring to another department. He even harassed one lady staff long time ago. I dont know why he still working for your company. He is not a good leader. You will loose all your good/dedicated staff because of this person. Please do something about this. Ask for a feedback from the staff. DO not let them write their names (or better letter through computer) so they will tell the truth. Im telling this behalf of the staff.

Its a factory for paints and has got many years of reputation. Other day met their chemist during a bone density camp in Al dallah medical centre. Planned to visit them one day to discuss further about their factory. Thank you

Worst experience at national paints showroom, such a huge setup and their cashier counter no2.. Says he doesnt have change of 100 aed.. And continously he is saying the same thing to all.. They kept us waiting for 30 minutes and still we have to give them change... What a pitty..
