Was a bit sad that I came in closed time. But church is very beautiful, calm.

The best place to keep your soul and mind in balance.

It is one of the few churches in the UAE where you can identify that there is a church, as most of other churches look like normal houses. This church can be easily be identified from the domes and also the cross sign on top of the church. Inside of it you can see the typical altar of the Orthodox churches, flanked by the beautiful paintwork dressed in gold flakes. Also to be noted that around the church you can find also free parking, and that during the main festivities there will be invited also priests from other countries to perform mass for their respective congregation

Awesome experience at the church the priest and the staffs were also very friendly. I could also learn some Russian! They have kept all the traditional stuffs as much as possible. Loved the place also loved the food they served us. And finally also learned a new Russian word fkuzna which mean delicious! They have tried to keep the tradition at its best. I must thank Mr Yuri and Dr Ludmilla for the experience. A must go if you wish to know different traditions and if you are a Christian. I think even most of the Russians are aware if this Russian church.

Aesthetically beautiful 👌St. Philip the Apostle Russian Orthodox Church is a Russian Orthodox Church located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The church is the biggest church in the country, with an area of 1,800 square metres (19,000 sq ft)[1] capacity of 20,000 worshippers. The church opened on Saturday August 13, 2011. Discussions about building the church began in 2005. The church was given approval to start construction in May 2007. The church is the largest in the United Arab Emirates. It was designed by St. Petersburg based architect, Yury Kirs. The church had received it’s blessings from the head of the parish, Hegumen Alexander Zarkesher of Moscow. It is one of the rarest Russian orthodox churches in design as it has a gold cross on each of the five domes, all made from Russia

Very beautiful inside and outside church. Lots of free parking space around, even there is a car washing service. I love this church, trying to go every Sunday. The liturgy starts at 10:00am and finish at 11:30.

An amazing Church and an even better ceremony than anyone can imagine. A must visit church for all Christians.

One of the most ornate churches in UAE. BUILT in the interfaith district of Sharjah, it stands as an anchor even though the hours now are restricted to 1000 to 1400 only Saturdays. Yesterday there were four weddings a baptism and one paneheedeh. Plus individuals were coming annd going pitting candles and praying at every station. Very busy during COVID!

Good. I have been there personally inside. Beautiful brings you the feel of something like spiritual realm. Good for Roman Catholics

It is a lovely nice orthodox church. We go there quite often. It is in Sharjah and a bit far away from our place but we enjoy being in this church.

Unfortunately very unpleasantly surprised by how the Orthodox holy house in the Emirates is respected. I visited her for Christmas. Found a large number of poorly dressed women in transparent dresses, half naked, uncovered. uUse of the mobile is permitted in the church. Shooting like that they are on a wedding. About the price of a candle ,not to talk.5 candles 12.5 euros. Very said.

Very holy and spiritual church located next to Egyptian orthozox church in sharjah.You have to visit for blessings and to see how traditional orthozox address practice their praying standing for hours and never get tired.Appreciate all involved in this holy place and to keep such traditions along generations.

Absolutely brilliant architecture in sharjah, ample parking for church goers, entrance to the premises is secured.

Magnificently attractive architectural appearance, very different from any other Catholic churches.I never enter inside of this church, but fellmy sites many times on its interiors!It is unlike any other church I have been seen. Its an amazing space covered in icons with lots of candles are burning. It is sparcely furnished but there are many religious paintings on the walls and many beautiful artifacts to look at. It gave me a very good insight into the Russian Catholic religion.Worth a visit. All I wished that I could have stayed inside.
