I just wanted to exact rules for Fitness Clubs. I called x number he asked me to call 993, when I called 993, they asked me to call 80080000, when I called them, they gave me 065122222, lady picked the call she said call 065122880. I called them, they said call 80080000, I called, lady gave me number 065122275. It’s COMPLETELY HORRIBLE service. They don’t know their own rules. The reason why I wanted to know if I must wear gloves at the gym is trainers come and ask me to wear gloves as “fitness gloves” with open fingers, not the hygienic ones. They say its we don’t want to get fine because its a RULE BY SHARJAH MUNICIPALITY TO WEAR FITNESS GLOVES TO KEEP YOURSELF SAFE FROM COVID-19! LOL!

How much will be the penalty if I want to renew my expired occupational health card here in sharjah?

Visited Today For my Visa Medical..Not Crowded..Clean and Neat and Medium speed procedure...But X-Ray guy is like a Storm....

One of the worst service is 993 complaint center, they urge you to send via email and nobody will reply on email, I have tried twice to register my complaint but unfortunately not succeeded, even their call center agent shouted send an email or not.They should award sharjah municipality as the worst department in UAE.

Very bad customer service!I went to collect my heath card today (22/10/2018) around 5.30 PM, a male staff (UAE National) @ counter no.34 Behaved in very rood manner. Should deploy well trained staff in order to improve the customer service level.

This place has improved in staffing and aesthetics over the last few years. Always had a positive experience.

Needs to be courteous & improve its service delivery style

Staff at sharjah public health department are very polite and cooperative.

They take a blood test by multiple time used needles!!!! And let people reuse clothes for X-ray test. Its dangerous to the health to go there
