My requirement was to store one bed apartment furniture in a decent storage facility. I came across a person named Haroon who works in al sabaa he sold me monthly storage for 600 aed and advised that there will be caged dedicated storage area for every customer in their dubai warehouse. My items kept stored for almost 2.5 months and when i asked to visit the warehouse the company was reluctant and told me that management will have to give permission for which they took 3 to 4 days. Later I was told that storage warehouse is in Sharjah not in Dubai and upon my visit to the warehouse I was shocked to see the warehouse conditions as everything was stacked up on each other. It was impossible for me to reach to my items because everything was mixed with other customers items. Lots of delicate items in my furniture got damaged due to poor storage condition and they also lost 1 big box full of toys which they could not recover until today. The warehouse staff is just a daily wage labourers who does not care and does not know how to handle deligate goods. Thsy were literally climbing / stepping on other customers items to pull my items out. Their behaviour was very unprofessional and unethical.These people are bunch of liars from bottom to top.Regards

My apartment is 2 bedroom apartment, They sent me 5 people to work only. We arrived at my new apartment at 6:30. It took them 3 hours to move the furniture to the apartment. It is 9 pm and all done was 3 closets. I told them come tomorrow to install the curtains, they said no we cant. I asked them to leave because it was very late and we didnt unpack anything. When I start unpacking the next day I found a lot of broken glass. No more Sabaa movers. High price for very low quality. Never accept less than 8 people if you live in 2 beds.

The worst you can use, they are never honest and never keep promises, simply they are not professional and not qualified, beside the fact they took almost 75 days to move some simple stuff from Dubai to Egypt because they were only using the worst and cheapest transporters but some of my stuff received totally broken and they refused to refund the insurance value however I am sure they taken the value from the insurance company, never deal with Kishwar and never trust him. I kept on calling them enormous amount of international phone calls and emails, they never reply or answer properly. they are not cheap, they quote cheaper but they ask you to pay double later on after collecting your stuff because you can not return them back of course, before you use them, just go and visit their office to see how do they manage their jobs, simply they are not qualified to produce good service. Inside Dubai, it is not complicated to move some stuff from one place to another which few steps away.

This is the second time we have used Al Sabaa movers for a local move (Dubai within Dubai) and have been very happy with them both times. They were very very quick and efficient moving a 4 bedroom home, 10 guys arrived and they were half an hour early (both times we moved they were early) and moved everything across with very little damage (some scuffs here and there but I’ve moved 16 times in my life and some things will ineveitably be a little damaged.) Price is also very competitive. Will definitely use them again and if we move back to South Africa at some point will use their international department.

Crooks, Thieves , Lairs- Hired a one of there guy to come help pack some of the items a few days the movers came. Did a bad job and they tried to charge me for repacking.- Put items in storage around 3 months prior to moving. Booked a 20 ft container.- Just before moving they roughly doubled the cost. Stated the container should be 40 ft. The container was to big items got damaged and where not packed properly. See Photos below.- Price was roughly doubled.- They quoted items in studio they where to be added by sight when picking up items.- Was to have access to items to add. They lost my items and there was no way to add to additional items.-Had to crawl over others items looking for my items in 2 warehouse could not find.-On a red sectional sofa they had placed crates with nails digging into the leather.- Boxes just shoved in and fragile items with heavy items shove=d on top and not in proper position.-Had wasted 2 days and had to call the police concerning this incident.-Stated they where to arrange for the packing to be done in front of me before I left. Changed the date until after I left and said do not worry. Right!!- Was to be door to door no additional charges. When it arrived in Canada I was charged 1400.00 dollars + additional. The shipping company here sent a email for them to pay the charges and Kishwar and company did not respond. Lairs!!!-Insurance had to fight for. Would not give me a copy of the insurance policy. Even if they got one on my goods.-Tried to do an insurance claim and they would not.-They are scam artist and professional lairs not movers.- I could go on.....Please see a few photos below and I have much more to state.Management / Shipping Coordinator / Drivers / Packers / Kishwar SalesDo not trust any of them. Many more photos with scratches and dents of the furniture being not properly packed and stored....

I am a Canadian living in UAE since 2001 and have moved quite a bit between and within Emirates. But the best experience I had was with Al Sabaa Movers. Called a few reputable movers, but Mr. Harun gave the best rates. Moreover their team of 5 (who came on the actual moving day) led by Mr. Balbinder and Mr Sandy were too good. Absolute professionals, highly skilled, very cooperative and friendly. None of my items got a scratch. All furniture, appliances, paintings, housewares ,kitchen stuff, etc. was moved & fixed perfectly. Hats off to Al Sabaa.Dont get confused and dont give a second thought..... Just go for it! The overall price was a little higher than some of the packers and movers, however after the service I have realized the extra money given was 200% worth it and no additional / hidden charges were involved. They packed everything with more than enough layers of protection. I was worried about my desktop computer and monitor which was packed with additional layers of bubble wraps. Everything reached the destination in two days and the overall job done by Sabaa Movers on both places was commendable. They even got them unloaded and not even in a single breakage or loss. Kudos to the overall team and Mr. Roy who is the customer ambassador in Dubai. I had went through there website filled an online quotation form. I had got a call from the company. The Relocation Manager had visited to my address, survey my entire goods and gave me the quote. I had booked my consignment with Al Sabaa. The packing the guys came to my house, removed and packed all my stuff nicely and loaded. They delivered my goods in 2 days as they promised. Highly recommended and will definitely refer my friends too. thank you Al sabaa, keep up the good work.

I have a shocking experience with them. They packed my stuff from Sharjah on 2nd July 2017 with a cheaper price than others to ship to Melbourne in 45 days. I moved with my family in cold winter of Australia end of Aug with the hope that we have our personal effect ready to use. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and I had another kid. We stayed at an empty house and bought minimum necessities to survive and not to pay for hotel. They kept us in total darkness about the status of our shipment and we counted day and night with the hope that we will receive a phone call from someone to arrange a delivery. Then we found they have shipped our stuff to Singapore then South Korea and then Sydney (rather than Melbourne) to pay the cheapest sea freight cost and then hand it over to an Australian agent to keep our shipment as hostage and demanded 2000 AED more because of increase in shipment costs .... It is horrible to hear that we received our shipment on 10th October 2017 after 98 days from collection just a week before delivery of my baby. My wife experienced her worst days of life during such a nightmare situation. I have to add that two boxes missed. My Samsung 49 Curved TV was smashed. My expensive antique light set was smashed. When they sent me the insurance policy later on, I realized that the excess fee is double than what they had told me and the value of shipment is less than what I paid for. Our mistake was that with numerous experience of local relocation in Dubai and Sharjah, we did not signed a formal contract with binding terms and just agreed on a price and I paid the amount up front and got a receipt for the payment which is not enough to sue them.

DO NOT use Al Sabaa removalists. They broke and lost items during our house move and then were highly unresponsive to our complaints. They have refused to replace or fix a big cabinet that they broke in our lounge room. They are extremely unprofessional and not worth the few dollars you might save by using them.

Worst experience ever. I already wrote a review here and found that they have deleted all the actual reviews and created some fake ones. We recently moved from Dubai to Qatar, and very unfortunately dealt with al sabaa for our shifting, since the price quoted was much less than others. They committed to shift our things in one week or maximum of 10 days. So we planned our things accordingly. Their packing and initial service was excellent, so we gave the full quoted amount at the time of packing itself. but after our taking our things the scene was different, they were not even responding to our queries. After a week reaching qatar, we asked for the status of our things , after 10 -15 continuous calls to one Mr. Ejaz ( the person whom we were dealing with) and their office in Dubai, they responded saying it will take one more week. We waited and after a week they threatened us to pay extra or else our things wont be shipped. They were not giving response for 3 -4 weeks then untill when we agreed to pay the amount. Still he was asking for extra amount and we ended up paying it because it was already one month in a new home without any household items and we were in great need for our things . After one and half month of our continuous calls and mails and their continued harassment our things got shippped and that too with many things missing. Also we had to pay for delivery and off loading as well which they actually quoted initially as free. Fraud staffs and worst service.

Do not use them for international shipping. They lost our luggage and after 10 months even refuse to answer our phone calls to get our reimbursement. Really unprofessional people. Do not use them or risk losing your goods.
