Very bad customer service specially from Jawed who run away from responsibility when he claim he work in design only (so he doesn’t answer and give production update )and not production but when calling the land line they advertise he’s working in both production and design while calling the company the secretary talks to him while I’m on the phone with her but refuses to answer his phone with the excuse he’s busy , interesting enough that his mobile number is the one on their website . So it’s completely useless .They send the wrong orders without the customer customization request and expect the customer to pay for what they didn’t order . Shameful way of dealing with people .

They have good printing quality but they have poor system in the production where items are mishandled resulting scratch and deformed the boxes during their preparation for packing/delivery. You should look into it.
