Returned some items and Yousuf Fida Ali Trading dragged refund in bad way. Very simple return. They verified and took the goods but did not return the money. For many days they gave silly excuses for not returning the money:checking with head quarters!! extremely busy, why don’t you buy other items.Don’t take the money and the goods.Crooks and wasting people time.Not coming again.

I am a regular customer who used to get hardware and sanitary ware. The quality of the items are really good and they have low quality ones also if you have a low budget. The prices are reasonable and their service is excellent. They have a big warehouse also behind the shop so most of them time you dont need to worry about the stock. The only draw back which I felt is they dont deliver items to our warehouse.
