If i could give zero i will give .. really poor customer service. . i called Faroq the one who work 4 times to come take measurement and he dont want to come. Then i go to the shop to take him but he said that he busy .. They dont take visa or mastercard they only accept cash which is a sign in playing in something or something wrong.Regarding the answer from the owner ..the same moment we agree on the price i was ready to pay the full amount but your workers start telling me we do t have card machine .Second . it was not hard price because all your neighbors who working in furniture selling in the same price and less from what we agree which was 1600 dirham and the same bed other shop make it 1399 to 1500 . And third.. my father already ordered 4 beds from your shop and he make payment and your workers knows that but he was really happy that he dont want to make my order . And no one calls me to tell me anything. I was thinking he process the order and i can come pay him because we already have big order . In order to succeed you should hire good worker to sell not people will make you losing by making the coustomer run away . I hope you got my point.
