Please don’t trust these guys as they never deliver the parcel on time. Especially when you are leaving the country for good, it’s better for you to throw away your things rather spending money for these guys to damage it. Out of 5 box sent 3 months back only 1 received with only water inside and still they are searching for other 4 boxes. No customer service and they never pick the call. Every time they will be having breakfast, lunch and will visit the office only by surprise and I have never managed to get hold of them while they are in office.

Absolutely unprofessional staff, they start fighting when asked about the tracking status of our order. My suggestion would be to never even accidentally think of giving them a cargo order, unless you want it to never reach its destination. The absolute worst.

We had sent 10 packages and out of which 1 was missing. It is okay if they had missed and apologized to us promptly, but the worst thing was they were making us wait. They are very unprofessional and keep lying to customer saying maximum it will take one month by sea. I sent my cargo to home town on 9th October 2020 and still have not received it. Their people lie to the customer saying cargo clearance is in Mumbai near to my home town but in actual it is happening in Chennai and their clearing agent takes his own sweet time. Moreover the company does not acknowledge their mistake and instead asks the customer only to understand the situation whereas they totally fail to understand customers situation. Kind appeal to all people suffering like me please report them to consumer protection department as such unprofessionalism equals to harassment.

If u want ur delivery extremely late and broken please choose al mas cargo.. I am impressed actually... How did they manage to break every single piece of item sent via this door to door service? I am helpless as I am unable to post the pictures to prove how perfect service they provided us... Not a single item survived. I was surprised to see plastic boxes broken to pieces. I guess you guys are allergic to the thing called thermocol... couldnt find the trace of it anywhere around the box.... Wow what a packing and delivery.... Hats off guys . Just not worth it. Had a very bad experience of shifting with them. Response time is slow. They came late and did not even pack anything. Almost all the packing we did. After shifting they left immediately. Did not even fix the curtains or unpack even kitchen items. They did not even bother opening the television. Their services are not cheap and for the price they are not worth it. They left and said the drilling guy is busy and will come late. What are we supposed to do. Wait for the drilling guy and keep cleaning the house every day. Even the curtains are not fixed. Avoid them. To top it all the staff is pretty nonchalant and they have no sense of time. Go to any other cargo service but them. They dont even own up their mistakes and have the audacity to blame the customer even after delivering a sub par pathetic service. The staff constantly talked down to me and did not even accept that their service was poor. Use their services at your own risk. This was my first moving service in UAE and it was a nightmare all thanks to this company.

I initially had a very bad experience with them as they didnt give me clarity on the status of my cargo but after 70-80 days they all reached home safely and properly packed. So am finally very relieved and happy. I had lost hope that I will ever get my cargo. Would advise all to opt for them as they are cheapest but at the same time be patient and wait for 70-80 days for your cargo to reach India.

One of an unprofessional cargo service which I used. I have sent my cargo (Sea Cargo) on 18th Aug 2019, from Dubai to Tamil Nadu. But till today, it didnt reach the address. No proper response and dont know where is the package and what happened to it. As per them, it suppose to reach in or around 35 days. But not reached even after 80 Days. I have sent my sea cargo on 30/11/2019 from Sharjah to UDUOI(Karnataka)as 4 cartoons. I have received 3 Cartoons on 03/02/2020 and i am waiting for another one which is still not yet received. Whenever i am calling these guys they are saying on the way, but now almost 100 days i am waiting for my 1 cartoon. The food items which i sent for my family will be expired now. Really very bad service and experience with Al Mas Cargo.

Very very very unprofessional team.I sent my sea cargo on 29th Sep 2019 from Dubai to Kerala. But still I didnt received the same. When I call them many times, no one knows where my cargo is. When i inform that i will make a legal complaint, they started searching my cargo. Now they saying the cargo in chennai warehouse and it lost the delivery details. They told me the delivery time 45-60 days. Now it is 113 th day. I will never send any cargo through Almas and i will spread this news my maximum. The behaviour of staff is tooooooo bad. No one speaking politely and even they are shouting with us. Never experienced such a worst service before from any of the private organization in UAE. Pls pls pls... dont send anything through them... my single star is just to mark my review..

Our shipment was collected on April 16th 2019 and we were promised a Door to Door delivery by the latest 45 days. We are now expecting the delivery on August 5th 2019, which is more than 3 months later and NO door to door delivery and also we are being asked to pay extra for admin fees in Rotterdam and Montreal port. Very unprofessional, theft up front. They take your money and promise you something and then you will be surprised with hidden fees and false info from their side. I have tried to contact the management and currently I am expecting immediate action to be taken, if so I will update my review accordingly. Lets see what they can do for us. If not I will take legal action with the documents I currently have.

Almas is One of the worst cargo service I have experienced yet, I sent 34 kg air cargo on 19-8-2019 from Abudhabi to Kannur, Kerala by the bill number 22971, and when I received my parcel on 29-8-2019 , found completely soaked by water and all items are destroyed ( most of the items are food and used electricals) ,so I took the picture and sent to the almas agent ,he told me he will forward this matter to their head office and they will contact me, but no one contacted me then I called their head office I start to speak with their customer care agent but nothing would happen ,even I am calling them regularly for updates by using my money , but they never show any responsibility to settle this issue, and they are blaming the people who delivered to my home then they give me their number but when I called them also no one picked up the call, finally ,I leaved that attempt because I came to know that this people are not going to solve this issue, I lost the money thats it..

No news about cargo even after 4 months.. they keep promising particular dates and they dont deliver. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible team. if you want to lose your hard earned money and goods this is the place.

I have booked my cargo on 04.05.2019 and they have delivered on 15.06.2019. I was calling them every day and they keep telling lies that cargo under customs clearance for more than 10 days. Very bad service and experience.4 days ago they have informed that parcel already reached Chennai but delivered after 3 days only even after giving pressure by calling and sending mails.My bill no : 21122 dt. 04.05.2019

Very Bad experience in dealing with them.They are very fast in collecting your cargo and till the time of collection,they maintain that door to door air cargo will be delivered in 15/20 days max.The horror starts after the collection.You have to wait endlessly for the cargo to arrive at destination and everytime I follow up,Iam advised all sorts of lame excuses like customs clearance on hold at calicut airport due to gold smugling,will be cleared next day etc etc and when you do call up next day to check,they say that some issue and clearance will happen only next week and in the end they just dont take responsibility for the delay citing delay at customs is not their issue.Suggest to avoid this company all together and never send the cargo through them.At the time of writing this review..I still havent received my cargo.

Worst cargo service!!!!. I send my cargo to Saudi Arabia by them.They agreed delivered with in 15 days. But it was a wrong information.I received my cargo after 2 months. That too after calling them several times and they never updated or called me regarding the status of shipping telling silly excuses and lies.I wont choose you again.

WORST IN THE UAE.It costs more than ABC Cargo and the items came damaged in Air Cargo with box not sealed. They dont package well as well.I used both Al Mas and ABC. ABC pack the box with thermocol and bubblewrap etc but Al Mas guy came with just the box and put stuff in. Thats it. No wonder the items were damaged.It is so bad, have doubts about the positive reviews here if they are real or fake.

Al Mas Cargo is most unreliable cargo co. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM Otherwise you will regret & curse yourself rest of your life. Timely delivery of your cargo is not guaranteed at all. They delay shipment of your cargo indefinitely. Even if payment conditions as agreed are Payment on delivery of cargo at destination point they will not honor that. You will be pushed into a situation that you end up paying the cost before receiving at destination point. Al Mas will never ever give you true details of truck or ship and true date when cargo left, Truck Registration No., Drivers Name & contact Details.Al Mas Cargo is a group of dishonest, cheat & liars.Above review is based on my first hand experience with them not due to any personnel grudge or Competition/Revelry with them.
