I want to write here honest feedback about your staff and services,i bought some fire fighting materials, the materials quality is good, only the problem i faced taking too much time for invoice process. Mr.Azhar from sales he is very helpful and supportive i like the way of he treating customers 😊

The experience at this company is unrivalled. From the good reception, easy to find information and the helpful attitude of every staff. It is simply amazing. Id recommend everyone looking for fire safety and firefighting equipment to visit here. Alternatively just call and theyll patch you to the concerned department. PS: The factory is big and the truck section as well so when you visit for a tour be prepared a little work out.

I had an interview on 21 April 2021Worst experience ever.First of all, they let me to wait more than 35 minutes, by saying that I am late.I received cross confirmation call at 12:08 pm in middle of my work and expected that I will reach at 12:30 pm. So reached at 12:45 pm.At interview they asked me about my salary (2nd question) and I resist to tell them exact number. So I told them a salary range. So interviewer got annoyed on it and said me to go .... hahahahaThe whole attitude of staff was so rude also.While talking to someone shows uninterested towards their work.

Slow and not responsive. Aftersales and support is terrible. I have a faulty system and i have been waiting for many days to get the system back on. I dont really recommend them.

Firex is a new means to extract money from the people. I took my car for renewal to Sharjah Tasjeel. I had a brand new extiguisher in my car which was taken a car I sold.Still they took AED 25 just change the number.

At Tasjeek Sharjah i was asked to pay 50dh to have fire extinguisher fixed to get car passed.I was surprised after not able to find extinguisher inside the car. I felt cheated and dont know what you do with others. I expect someone to contact me or else this netter will be taken to Tasjeel management
