Called me for interview, not reposned back with much interest. Offeres very less salary during interview even though they need highly professional software skills like PMP, Primavera and position for Senior Management role. They are not clear about when they want to join. Then never called for me for negotiations or final discussion after first interview.

Weve been having chronic issues with storm water drainage after mild storms in our site in Iraq. Upon checking, I found the original designs which were prepared by CEC (back in 2013). The root cause of all issues was that the assumptions were totally wrong. Theyve used a storm intensity of 1.5 mm/hr despite that 20mm/hr storms are quite common. Theyve came up with this figure after researching weather websites for annual rainfall, rather than following a scientific method that is based on storm intensity - duration - frequency as any knowledgeable designer would do. As a result, the whole network is inadequate, poorly designed and doesnt comply with standards. The pumping station is severely undersized and we have floods after mild storms despite being in a port terminal!!I am not sure if theyve improved since 2013 (I am writing this in 2020) but Id proceed with caution if I were you.
