Hello every body,same problem of below person with me happen also,al borj sttaff they dont responce and they have always exuses,never reply back untill you will bring voice up,and you give mashine run behind,any how in short way,they have wrong staf ,most of them they have to work in public area as a cleaner because they know how to clean prople brain with sorry.im sorry from managment,but you staff also need big expirience not to seat only on the chair.

Not recommend at all, Very poor unfriendly rude customer service, after we bought 2 machines we sent them a photo of one part of the machine and asked if they have different sizes from this part, surprisingly they answer that this part it’s not original part, it’s either they selling the machine with non original part or they lack of knowledge about the machine they are selling , now I understand why is the negative reviews here

I will try to be fair on my review and i decided to use EASYPRESS Account for review : i sent a ricoma machine which i bought from another poor dealer and the manufacturer recomended to contact Al Borj. I was waiting for their engineer to visit me in Abu Dhabi however not available due to other commitment in GCC &dubai. After complaining to the manufacturer, Al Borg team contacted me and requested to send the machine. Luckily it was fixed quickly since it was mechanical Jam only.The issue is that they requested me to pay 2300AED for the services and after discount paid 2000AED. They claim 300 for spare parts and the remaining for complete service. I believe for long relationships they should be fair with customers and not over price their services. I bought the machine at 24K and full maintenance should be maximum 500 excluding the parts. It was 1 day job and 1 day test. I paid high price since i had no other option. It cost me 2700 (including delivary to fix the machine). Not recommended to buy RICOMA. VERY POOR SERVICE and expensiveThanks to the team for their support and i believe its good to provide comments to help you to improve your services.

Unfortunately, we will bear very big delay penalty because of lack of follow up , they promise delivery till June then make contract without our acceptance by delivery September and they take 100 % of amount in advance then no reply to us, i advice not dealing with them and go to another dealer

Extremely poor customer service. After selling us the wrong machine and then coming to our office to rectify the issue, they then went back on their word. Refused to to provide us the correct training for our purpose which was once promised. A completely different attitude pre sale and after sale.

We always buying sewing machines and spare parts from them. Delivery sometimes delays but always found helpful. Goood keep it up.

Very poor customer service and bad attitudes while talking, we know them for almost 10 years and every time we thought this could be the problem of that particular employee but now i realize this is a kind of cultures and systematic problems of the company. we purchased a part from them without packing, no box, no plastic and even no user Manuel even no bag to carry. No warranty provided. they just want to sell and thats all. Surprise to see the agent of a Japaneses brand like Juki. hope to recognize some improvement in near future.

The team is incompetent. Took me ages to explain to them what I want and they still managed to sell me the wrong machine. No one from the team wants to accept responsibility and i have a useless machine that I cannot use. Sales guy there is arrogant,keeps referring to how my 10 machine order is small and he sells to bigger customers in Africa. Another thing, after they delivered the machine, they notified me that it will take a week for someone to train us on the programs. A week passes by and no one showed up. Absolute disgrace of a service. I would stay away and go to Brother, Star Sewing Machine. Great guys. I am a CEO of the largest Laundry company in UAE and do not represent Star. There service is exceptional versus these guys at JUKI. Beware, and don’t get caught up with sales people that never operated a machine

Who does that!Would not recommend at all, save your time and money.

We have a JUKI sewing machinery purchased for our office from them. The service was highly unprofessional and they gave a tough time to our business. We regularly called them for a training but no one bothered to response.

I went to Al Borj with my colleague some time ago. We were looking at buying 10 sowing machines. To us, this is a big deal - 10 sowing machines is a lot of machines. We had some specific requirements and we asked the Borj team to make that the machine we buy would fulfil them. It was difficult to get them to care, to be honest. The attitude we got is that our requirements are rare and that 10 machines is a small order - people here buy 300 machines in one day.After some back and forth, we were told that a machine the 8007-7 would fulfil our requirements. We bought it, installed it, and waited for them to come train us on a Sunday March 31 between 9:30 and 10:30AM. No one showed up. Mind you this was 5 days after the sowing machine was delivered. A few days later, we called them to follow up on the status of the modifications required - we were told in fact they are not possible and that the machine we purchased could not be modified to meet our requirements.At this point, we told them the machine should be refunded and of course taken back. They said no, at first. Then they visited our office (2 people). 1 of them was a gentleman and very respectable. He was trying to understand our frustration and turn the situation around. The other one was defensive and was at the heart of the issue. Eventually, he too turned around and became very receptive to the feedback. In the end, we agreed clearly that the machine would be collected, and the money refunded. This was 7 days ago.Fast forward to this morning when we get a call from the management claiming that the machine would not be collected, and the money will not be refunded. It is for us to figure out what to do with the machine.I dont get joy from giving negative reviews. I am putting in the effort of explaining what happened so that, if you are a prospective client and have some special requirements, to recognize that this company doesnt care about your special requirements, they care about volume and if your order is of less than 50, 100, 300 (??) machines... its probably not worth it to them. Finally, we should have known better, because the reception we got when we were in their showroom was cold, distant and lacked interest in our requirements.

Incompetent customer service, very slow or rather non existing response to queries. Even after follow up on the same request and hearing promises there is no finalization. The price of item changes every time I require final price and I ended up paying more than we agreed at the beginning. Just unbelievable!!!

Sold the wrong machine and most importantly very poor customer service and bad attitude while they were in our office. Had to follow up with them a numerous times with no response.

The company is very unprofessional, they sold us the wrong machine and refuse to take it make nad refund payment.

The purchase was a disaster. The sales person was very unprofessional in fact rude in his communication. Neither did they get me the machine with specs I wanted nor they provide me the after sales services in terms of training.
