Usually we go there, nice service, but Unfortunately , today met Mr.nazeem or baseem not sure of his name as he said his name in very low voice and he really dealt with us with unproffisional way full of attitude and not answering a clear question from us as the question was (what is the most recent watch for Samsung It was recently revealed?) and he neglacting our question to explain to us another offer of purchase we politly listen then ask him again but again he act the same... he could have answered that he does not know instead of his insistence to purshase somthing not important for us...or try to let us understand more what he was talking as his accent not clear or even if he not understand us he could ask to explain for him what we mean but then he starts yelling at us, arguing with us, and acting in his own way, then he said, You do not know what you want, so I will not serve you and he called his colleague very bad attitude and low of information plus bad customer service add to unproffisonal way of dealing with the situation make all the experince very bad for us in this branch . Add to all this his friend didnt come to help so we leave. However we were going to buy watch as a gift for friend.

Friendly staff, knowledge, and doesnt pressure you to make a sale. The big difference in this store is how the staff go above and beyond to help their customers. The rep Baseem was a star, he really helped me out by getting the phone into the store in time for me and made sure that I purchased the right accessories to go with it and kept updating me. Excellent experience with their customer service.

I had excellent customer experience in this branch, the staff are polite, friendly, & knowledgeable, they know how to reach the satisfying balance between the want & the need, the manager is understanding & supportive, it was not planned to pass by them to get the product I wanted but I was lucky to decide to visit them. I wish you more success & all the best now and in future.

Went shopping for an S10+ for wife. Best service and offers. Clear communication. Had been to Sharaf DG in Safeer Mall which was close to my home. They were charging 100 Dirhams for data transfer and sis not disclose that we were eligible for a free Samsung. Powerbank. We were assisted by Mr Said who was very patient and helped us until the data transfer was complete and everything erased from previous S8+.
