Very Very Bad Service.., I Buy a New Mobile, its Cost Around AED 3500, Before Purchasing I Clearly ask They Have 0% Installment Plan With ADCB or No.., They Said Yes Then i Give My ADCB Card, After Payment , i call ADCB Bank For Making this Installment.., Bank Said Eros Dont Have 0% Installment Facility With ADCB They Give Us Wrong Information For Buying Phone.. Then if We Contact them No Reply From Their Side.., I Send 5 Reminder Mail To them, No Reply Until Now, if u Want to Buy Any Phone Better Check Another Option.., ( Its My Own Opinion)In My Life This is First Time Happen Like this.., I will Not Go Again..

I usually do not write bad reviews, but the experience i had must be reported.They sell screen guards and not one staff is qualified for the installation. I got mine installed with fingerprints all over and when the issue was reported, the staff was rude to an extent where they said they are not responsible for what happened and a screen guard is suppossed to be touched with bare hands.Extremely unprofessional.Wasted a whole 30 minutes for this fiasco.Very bad experience.

Eros has very poor after sales service with zero responsibility and support, be careful when purchasing anything from them specially the TCL TV.Eros takes no responsibility on software updates.Disappointing

Very poor after sales service - in fact non-existing. In December 2017 I bought a Samsung Fit 2 smart watch - after 2 months, it stopped working all together - When I contacted them they said they cannot receive the watch for repair or replacement - DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU ARE LIVING ABROAD - THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU WITH ANYTHING.Actually, the system forced me to give at least one star - they dont deserve even that star
