The worst service in UAE. Nothing working. Used parts. Worst product and staff attitude. Not recommended at all. I hope if anyone advised me before. I would never ever deal with them. I made a complaint in the ministry of economic. Again not recommended at all.I have never faced bad treatment in the UAE such as what I have encountered with Anwar Al Sham the worst after-sales service used goods as in the pictures. do not work . They never care about your complaint. A consumer protection complaint was released at the Ministry of Economy. I would never have ever dealt with them.

I agreed with them to fix it because I don’t have any other choice ..After the first time it was repaired 😀 I went back to the house to use it, I found it more troubles 😃 and I continued with them this way for more than four months.And the last time they lost the bill and part and the hand was broken and gave me a new part while keeping the burnt motor 😀😀The important thing is the last thing I said to them.
