This is the waste service and not at all suitable for any kind of purchase.I ordered 40 items and they delivered nearly 30 items and now I wanted to go to another supermarket to buy those things. The missing things are very rare items for them, like Tooth paste, Rusk, Tooth Brush, Mayonnaise etc..They do have customer care number, but dont expect anyone to answer your queries.

Very poor customer service. I placed an order day before yesterday. It suppose to come yesterday between 11am-2pm. However, i havent received my order untill now. Ive requested for an update via their WhatsApp number but nobody has responded yet.

Good packing and quality of groceries and fish.Have good offer price Groceries, but to avoid delivery fee we have to order AED 70 plus.But really unhappy with the delivery time. Myself opted delivery time between 5 pm to 10 pm, but there was not update till 10.30 pm until i call them and followed up about status.My overall rating 3*ThanksJoji George

Amazing good quality products. We ordered for the first time - vegetables, fruits, poultry and dairy and everything was fresh and well packed. We are very happy and look forward to ordering from them again. If you are looking for hassle free weekly or monthly grocery shopping, this is the go to place for you with products at great affordable prices. Delivery takes 3 days as they have a recent huge demand in orders but they are well communicated and respond promptly on whatsapp.

I am ordering vegetables and fish on weekly basis by express delivery option (same day delivery). Compared to supermarkets in Muwaileh Sharjah their rates are much cheaper. Also it is good to save ourselves from supermarket crowd in this Pandemic time. I dont have any complaints so far with the quality as the vegetables and fish so fardelivered are fresh and nicely packed. But dont order frozen items as they dont have cooler in their vehicle.

Really the worst delivery services. Its already 11 30 pm and still not delivered and when called customer service they might take midnight. Atleast maintain business ethics and not to deliver so late at home. If there is traffic jam maintain the timings and start early in order to deliver.

I ordered with Offerkart 2 times, one time they called me at 11.30 night and informed that items will be ready for delivery after 30 min and disturbed my sleep.Ordered second time and received damaged product and very poor response from the customer service. Not recommend.

We ordered by app.Not a professional customer service and update, my second order is this, first one was not bad, delivery slot selected yesterday evening still showing order processing.....😔Called customer service they dont have correct update.... What we can do.. forget the offerkart.. Removing the app from mobile..🤔

Customer service are not professional..they dont keep their promise.... changing the dates multiple times to replace the delivered rotten items are not all good..until now I didnt receive the items which was supposed to be delivered on Friday..To be fair, vegetables and fruits from them are fresh and economical..I was a regular customer and now they loose my trust and will not order from them again...

Since yesterday i am waiting for order slot was 6 to 10 driver didnt arrive 10 and everytime i place order asking for location it was already midnight my order didnt arrive i told them send me first slot morning 11 its already 12 and no one answering call then one lady spoke to me she is sleeping she said she is off duty so is ity problem she supposed to handover my case at night to someone else ,i will prefer carefour and union co-op or nesto to order..this offer kart is worst

First time I ordered fruits and vegetables but I was surprised to see that instead of fresh milk they delivered Laban and the jackfruit was spoiled. Tried to reach them but not responsive

First of all , they have not given all the products I ordered , Many items missed and many was short is qty I ordered , and most surprisingly The Prices more than from the order I placed . They are fooling people with false offers in their app . Dont recomment at all

Very bad service..they putting not available items in the offer..and they cutting amounts in the bill..still they not return the items and money...Equipments like Colgate is very poor quality..and the customer service also too bad..not responding as well...I never reccomend to use this app to buy things

Terrible service. I placed an order yesterday which was supposed to be delivered between 3.30 and 5.30PM today - its now 10.53PM and the order still hasnt been delivered. I texted their WhatsApp contact and called the landline number they listed on their app as well - no response whatsoever. I got a call from a delivery person around 9.30PM who asked me to share my location via WhatsApp and when I call back on the same number, theres no response. Extremely disappointed with their service and customer service or lack of to put it correctly. I wouldnt recommend the app to anyone.

Yesterday ordered express delivery and from there CS they called me at night 11.30 and informed that they are not able deliver.I tried over phone yesterday more than 10 times and no one is picking up, poor service.And I got the delivery by today 12.45.

I made an order on30/05/2021 @4 pm till 31/05/21,8pm not delivered my supplies. Very pathetic service.

Very bad quality fruits and veggies. They say its free delivery but charged Dhs.10 extra and didnt deliver the whole of the order claiming that the missing item will be delivered same day evening, but that never happend.
