Terrible customer service and even worst when it comes to promises on delivery dates. Once u confirm order and make payments, they barely answer your phone call. Took him 30 days to work on three doors and they are not done yet !!!!! Had a terrible experience.. Can’t even explain the frustration.. Promised delivery in 7 days and been more than a month on top of the 7 days..Moreover, His quality of job is terrible and he doesn’t have his own carpenters and he is getting daily labors !!Terrible experience with extremely unprofessional person !!!!!!!From the begging I clearly explained all of my requests but despite getting his money he didn’t start the job and each time he was coming up with different excuses. Finally when he did the job in a day without spending enough time for it. They just put layers of colors over each other without waiting them to dry properly which us due to having daily basis labors. But seriously what is the customer’s fault? He could simply not accept the work from beginning. He thought because the jobs are for a clinic which he keep called it a commercial place it shouldn’t be delivered with a good finishing .Don’t forget something else , his place is very messy & dirty in Sharjah but he charge people like a high-end places in Dubai!Overall this a very unprofessional company & I don’t recommend it to anyone!

Thanks for the wonderful work of the Silver Diamond. The kitchen has been renovated by their company and the work is very cool and at reasonable prices.
