Worst experience ever. Such an unprofessional staff and extremely rude receptionists. Have visited many medical centers but never seen such disappointing behaviour towards customers.

This is first time I visit this clinic i liked the laser but the receptionist are Rude I visited other clinic as well Other clinics Receptionist know how to talk polite to the patients but in Garden Medical Center Receptionist are Really Rude they should learn how to talk to patients.

I tried the crystal peel, very professional and friendly staff. My first time and definitely wont be the last.

Didnt want to post but the burn they have caused me is still there after a year. Laser therapist burnt my whole legs specifically the sensitive thigh area just before my wedding due to which i was advised not to take moraccan bath or so for 5 6 mnths. I suffered emotionally physically & mentally due to them. They promised to take care so i dont complaint to muncipality. If it was someone else their clinic would be shut by now. I stayed patient. Though i usee to come before time, they used to make me wait for 30 to 45 mins. They did 2 peeling 2 meso & finally gave me a cream saying thats it we have SPENT enough & that i have to be patient with myself & they were not going to do anything further. My wedding was postponed due to the damage they have caused. I was done requesting them coz it was only affecting me emotionally so i agreed not to see their clinic again. I wish i could post the damage they have caused which is still there & should have complained to municipality & gone to better clinic. The management is bad

This is my 2nd session with Garden Dermatology clinic in Sharjah doing my full body laser hair removal and my experience here is amazing. The staff are welcoming and my technician Mary is so intricate when doing my laser, i am very pleased with everything. I have noticed less hair growth with just 1 session. Highly recommend this place for someone looking for laser hair removal with good price.

The worst place ever!! No results at all plus when I complained no appreciation at all.The nurse is not professional , she was in hurry to finish that’s why no results!!!!Going there just wasting of times and money

Friendly stuff and the services is very nice. I usually do lasers and I saw immediate results, I do it with Sony she’s so nice and always keeps me calm if i’m in any sort of pain.I did my hydra facial today with her as well and it was amazing..

The clinic is pleasant and the staff are very friendly. It is easy to find, and is right in front of the green belt park. They have a range of services from laser to facials. Their laser session uses DEKA machine and is painless for a first timer.

Booked an appointment at 12 o’clock . I reached the clinic 1145 and had to wait an hour to do prp :( I do like the clinic but when it’s come to punctuality they are not :( and it’s not the first time with them . One more session to go and will change to another clinic .

The laser hair removal machine they use is deka motus ax which is super gentle and almost but not completely painless it dint give me any irritation or redness like i wud always get with other clinics ... very hygienic .... very cooperative staff... very good prices ... i highly recommend this clinic for laser hair removal

Based on Instagram ad, a full body Lazer was 750. At the center, they said it excludes lower back... The specialist though very nice, however did not mention that and hence they charged an additional fee of 250.The room was clean, the toilet was not.The front desk, good customer care.

She was very kind, responsive, patient and heplful as I kept rescheduling.Secondly when I visited the Clinic today I was taken straightly to the treatment room. The laser machines are very good.
