If I can rate Kaya clinic zero star, I will, I went their for laser service, they advised me to get the package because my face needs more than 5 sessions, the hair is not dark and not thick although they advise me to get laser session, surely I did not get any result after that they told me you will not get result you need more sessions so I bought one more package, when I went to Mirdif branch they told me it’s not recommended to do laser because your hair is too thin it’s better to go for softlight, I know that after paying for 2 packages 3600 AED, when I complained they told me they will raise my complaint and till now no one contacted me, and till now they are contacting me to sell me packages for laser which is so weird after all complaints about their laser service

I have been there..megamall sharjah...office is nice...reception is accommodating....i was advised to take a package for chemical peels to start....i was hopeful for the results since it costs very high...but until i finished the last session...i did not see a good result as expected....and they recommended again another package ... i did not....it takes a lot of money to achieve a beautiful skin....unless you can afford that much...then you will see results....otherwise...no need to burn your pockets.

My wife she made Botox and filer no result shown they took 3790 for forehead and lips only the Dr. told her after 5 days you will see the result but no result means the medicine with they used its bad quality . before she go to them they are calling every day but after they took their money they didnt call her for next appointment. its relay very bad luck to go to this clinic.

Ive been a loyal customer for 12 years at Kaya Mega Mall, being one of their first customers when they opened. During that time they offered lifetime laser treatments which we paid for. After 12 years of being treated I was surprisingly DENIED treatment for not being eligible for more. This is obviously an error, but to my surprise NO ONE is looking into sorting this out. I live in London and come to India every 2 years to get my treatments done. I have a wedding in Delhi next week and yet despite countless emails - NO ONE is responding or acknowledging any of it. Their customer service is appalling - NON EXISTENT. If this is how they treat a loyal customer of 12 years (my mother and sister have also had treatments done here), I suggest you go to another treatment to be treated respectfully.

First of all they do their bussiness very well they made me buy some useless face cleanser for 300 dhr and 200 dhr a moisturiser and 300 dhr for a toner , there wasnt any result and changes in my acne , A good doctor have to tell u the ways to prevent the acne in different way for example The food you are eating stop eating this and that but in this case when u want to consult with the docter she/he will start with the treatments details and the next thing you gonna know is the receptionst will walk to you to pay 3000 without even letting you know before the consultant or after consultant .

What I can say, where can I start ? I had been coming to Sharjah Kaya for many years but the service that I get from the reception is all amazing very very excellent.Moreover referring to my Fecial which I come often with a lot of stress of my Job and traveling in UAE, Erlin had been very helpful with doing all the service , the way I see it to give a good service in Kaya is normal duty .
