THE WORSE CLINIC EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Went several times expecting I would have a better treatment but never happened. The last time I went the therapist who did my facial wasn’t gentle at all on my sensitive parts of my face doing too quick and in the end she just decided not to give the glasses for the protection of the UV light and I know the procedure of the facial and I knew as PROTECTION FOR MY EYES I should used and I asked her she said no need. She didn’t know I had a video of myself back on April having the same facial with the same therapist and I showed her and she said sorry I forgot…????? I mean, the protocol of the facial has to change whenever the therapist wants ? I sent them a private message giving my feedback respectfully and they DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO ANSWER. I’m in the beauty industry for the past 7 years and I have worked in many places in the United Arab Emirates and I find this so disrespectful when places like this treat the client with no importance and is the clients that makes the clinic or any other bussines survive.

I have package in jumierah branch , now it is closed, i’m calling sharjah branch on landline no one is answering and on the mobile she told me “send your complain by email “!! this is a very bad way and unprofessional to treat customers like this !! i want my money back !!!

Went for scaling polishing.Very good experience. Clean and nice looking center.Doctor was professional, job done decently in less than 15min. Straight forward.Only issue is parking... had to search for 20min. Use taxi if you can.

Dont look only for a good price, but please look also for nice and comfortable people and chill environment, this is what I found there. Laser sessions was so smooth, valuable and nice treatment.

Bought a groupon voucher for dental cleaning. Waiting time was 1 hour. Literally took just 5 mins for the procedure. I had to recheck and went to the doctor thrice for removing the stains. Dr Ayman was so unprofessional . Don’t recommend this medical center at all!!

Disaster!!! They dont care at all about regular clients!?!I did filling almost 2 years back it was painfull i was not happy and comfortable with it at all untill it fall down ,i accept it and i said it can be anywhere ,what shocked me that they said we are not responsible for that and you have to pay again !! Dispite the life span fir filling between 10to15 years if it is done verywell and QUALIFIED DENTISTE ,simply i wawas not expeting to remake it for free but atleast an appologies and explanation that there is a possibility of falling downI dont recomand there services at all

Am so unhappy 😞 with the results , I did Botox and after less than 2 months disapears, when I called they told me we cannot do anything 😕 pay again to re- do it !!normally in other centers it’s stays more than 8 months , I do not advice anyone to go there just waiste of money believe me !! In Dubai u can find hundreds of these centers more professional and better Costomer service .thanks

I visited today for hydrafaical at a discounted price. Its reasonably good as per the price 139 aed purchased from groupon as offer. The original standard price of hydrafacial ranges from 400 to 800 all over uae. So the treatment is done as per the payment. For my discounted hydrafacial the session was about 20 minutes exact. Was not fully satisfied but it was done properly as they sed. The doctor ( the lady who perfomed the procedure) was quite friendly. The instruments used were well cleaned n hygienic. She explains u the procedure before starting and even talks To u n explains during the procedure which is quite comforting. I did not like the receptionist (she was a Syrian or Egyptian national i suppose) very lazy at working and kept talking to a collegue and keep using phone. I requested her a receipt print out and she took around 10 to 15 mints. I also consulted a female dentist. Very friendly and comforting.. Recommend to go. Thanks.
