I couldnt believe the attitude the sales girl had, this is not how you deal with clients. I didnt even feel like buying although there was an offer on a few things.

The worst shoping experience i had with MAC, the sales person was extremely rude and careless. I bought 2 Mac chili lipsticks from them. at first they gave me old lipsticks(2017) with old packing and when i asked them for the new packing(2018)the sales person told me, it is what it is!!!!( the kind of noble customer service they had) and then another salse person came to me and gave me the new packing and when i came home and checked the lipsticks, one of them had like fung on the tip of the lipstick very grossing, then i went to the shop immediately and told them about this issue, but they said this is not ours and you have replaced this faulty lipstick with ours! it was obvious they had miss placed another lipstick in another box with diffrent batch number before giving it to me and they were blaming me for theirs mistake. how they could tell their customers that they are cheating! i would never ever again set foot on that horrible shop and advise others too. this is not the way they should treat their customers.

Products are out of stock from months . sales person is rude , arrogant , not kid friendly, irritated , not intrested in solving queries.
