Mac cosmetics store in mega mall have a very bad sales persons. One sale lady name NAJMA is very pathetic and dont know how to talk with a customer. She misbehaved with me this evening coz my daughter has touched the eye shadows. She also misbehaved with my husband. She was literally using abusive words. I like mac cosmetics but the staff and manager in mega mall store is having very bad conduct with customers. Need to change this lady NAJMA as soon as possible.

I went today evening (6 jan 2018) mac shop. There is one fat lady on sales she is behaving very bad. She didnt know how to deal customers.She is only busy to talk with other shops sales persons. Im asking a matte taupe lipstick but she didnt take. I just say excuse me im in hurry pls take. She shouted me why u say exuse to me?also she behaves badly on time of billing. Why mac keeping this lazy people in store? Pls take care on this matter.
