Cant trust this company. They will send you CDC cheque copy for the purchase of material. Once you finished the delivery and come for collecting cheque, these people will not release the cheque. You will have to fight for the cheque. Ask them to give cheque at site, if not you will be in TROUBLE.

Poor quality when it comes to staff.I was sitting inside the waiting room, waiting for the accountant to release my cheque then this Purchase Manager came to me asking me to go outside the room and stand because he will sit there with another customer! What kind of MANAGER you have?? RUDEEEE!MAKE SOME EVALUATION FOR THE MANAGERS TOO! ask the staff to evaluate the manager!!!

Accounting and other dep. keep the customers waiting for an hour or more. They will not release your cheque after sending a cheque copy!!! DO NOT send a cheque copy if you will not release our payment. Waste of time. We are waiting for nothing!One more thing most of the customers are RUDE! im glad their receptionist can fight back for herself but better no lady will work there since customers are rude. Bring a security in your office!

Tiger is terrible company, I was Lived in Sharjah In the Tiger Building,service very terrible, dirty inside the building and outside, windows not cleaned by 2-3 years . Bad attitude to tenants. Rental price is very high and they never negotiated.Very bad group with bad service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Negative star should be rated on this company.We moved in with the dirty, crappy apartment. We hire cleaners just to completely clean the place.POOR MAINTENANCE, not even qualified in changing door knobs!UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE STAFF. They dont care and bother if customers are waiting and complaining.I suggest to train your staff and change your Maintenance company if you still want someone to live in your place.Your tenants are not paying cheap price to get a service like what your company providing.

My experience in tiger building (Al-Yarmook) C block was horrible, the maintainace was hardly done, the management is un organised there is no system the quotation isnt fair to each person, they raise the price and change according to own will, disrespect ladies, I humbly requested for a issue to be solved the manager did not listen to my complain nor did he have respect towards me or my husband, I am very up set! This year in the building was the worest experience ever! I would never recommend tiger building to anyone!!!When you come to renewal there are many hidden chargers that were not explained during contract! I will spread my experience ahead to other (word of mouth is strong)
