A great customer service! Their team did all the custom clearance & inspection for an imported car in Jebal Ali Port.One small hick-up was the inability to properly commit on the timelines, but that was mostly due to delayed governmental processes.

So i decided to ship my car with this company from Dubai to Lebanon, paid shipping in Dubai with all the proof of payments with me, when the car arrived to Lebanon they told me the person that took my payment stole them and they refused to give me the car before i had to pay the entire shipping amount all over again. DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM
