Its been 3 years since they promised our family to be working in Canada within 6 months of enrollment . Their promise was such that they had their offices around Canada and would support us as a family that they had appartments for the new arrivals until they find a job that which was within finger tips. They took 8500 dhs from us. Though they responded to few of our mails apparently, they never responded after that. They kept saying that the staff who had handled our case is not working with them anymore. Weve been chasing them to find out what is happening. It’s my 1st week with DM consultant and so far it has been outstanding service by Sneh bajwa , starting from 1st call till date she handled every matter professionally, honestly and shared her best knowledge and expertise which convinced me to recommend my friend as well. Do not fall into this trap. They will provide you free assessment to share with you how your profile matches many of the candidates they obtain PR before through them. Then, they will inform you that youre eligible to apply and within 6 to 12 months you will obtain a PR. Do not sign any contract or pay.They lack of effective documentation and their internal processes is weak. I had to send same documents many times with the receipt of previous acknowledgement on receiving them.I paid for my application on February 2021. After, they inform you that you need to take a better ielts or gain more experience or do something else to improve your score. Although this should be advised professionally before payment, I took this as constructive advise and applied for Ielts exam to improve my score. I recieved my test result with an overall score of 7. I sent the ielts test result and updated my profile score on July 2020, with some miscommunication ofcourse.Since the beginning of my application I was assigned to no specific conulstans with no single one to follow up with me constantly.The communication is weak. No personalized communication. After various communications I tried to establish to inquire on my application I was alternatively contacting different consultant at each time.After I contacted them various times to request to be regularly updated on my application they basically just set me on emailing list. You will be sent email by the use of template emails with no updates on your application that literaly has no human interaction and shares no added value to your application.Later, you will realize it is a waste of money. The hope they build on the assessment stage and how glorified your profile completely contradicts the lack of progress on your application will go with them.They will only contact you when you leave a bad review about them. After that they will just leave you with no feedback or follow up.To conclude, create your profile yourself, rather than having a bunch of unprofessional people to have control on your application without adding any value to you application.
